This condo is located right on the beach. The Summit is one of the premier resorts on Panama City Beach.
Located in Panama City Beach, Florida, it has the perfect location for your family vacation. There are shopping centers, Super Centers, fine dining, amusement parks, water parks, and many other activities for your children, family, and friends. All this in less than five minutes drive and mostly in walking distance.
The Summit complex is very family-oriented and kid friendly with an arcade, kids' swimming pool, large swimming pools, as well as other games and activities. The Summit also has it's own beach service, with chair rentals and jet-ski rentals along with Bikini Bob's restaurant located on sight where you can get a good fresh cooked meal for around $5.00 per person. Come visit us at our beautiful one bedroom unit. This is our home away from home. We love sitting on the balcony over looking the water and watching the waves and the wild life. The sunsets are to die for!
Our condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom, with bunk beds in the hall and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living area. It sleeps 6 comfortably. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, blender, toaster, refrigerator with ice maker, and dish washer. All towels and linens are supplied. There are plenty of pots and pans, dishes and kichen utensils supplied.

Our family has stayed at this condo 2 times...and will stay stay again!!!! We go on a "family" vacation every 2 years, and this condo allows us all to be together, but have our own space. Each family has their own room, and bathroom. There is plenty of room for the grandkids to play, and the older children love the pool table. If you are looking for a place for your family, this is definately the place to rent. The pictures are very accurate, and the condo is clean and well kept. The balcony is huge and being on the top floor is the greatest!!!! I have never met the owners, but have had several conversations on the phone, and they talk to you like you have known them forever. If you have a chance to stay here, you should do it!!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We live in South Alabama and have always loved the beach. We decided that we would like to have a place on the beach and bought our condo for a get away and for an investment. We are a middle aged couple and enjoy a place with a family atmosphere.
Why the Owner Chose The Summit:
We spent our honeymoon in Panama City beach and it has always been a special place for us. I like all the amenities of the Summit and the fact that it is close to a lot of activities.
