Beautiful home, Great Owner, Terrible Beds

My family and I stayed at this beautiful condo for a mini week. I was thrilled to deal with such a kind and considerate owner who seemed to go above and beyond to answer any questions. Upon arriving - I was taken a back by how beautiful the condo really was. We spent a long day on the beach and then headed to Dead Freddie's (Amazing) for dinner and then headed to bed. The Master Bed was extremely well used, it seemed to dip, the spare bedroom (aka - pink room) mattress was so hard an air mattress was used instead, that gave minimal relief as those aren't very comfortable either. The kids loved their room but also complained of their mattresses. I left a note for Cindi explaining our concern but thought it was only fair to let others know as well. I would've enjoyed my vacation much more had the beds been of better quality. The condo was pretty clean - the master bath was dirty and had dried shaving cream stuck all around the tub, and we did find quite a bit of trash left in drawers while putting our clothes away - other than that the condo was prestine. I would only recommend this property only if the mattresses were replaced.

Owner response:Sylver's complaints about the mattresses concerned me so I questioned several of my past regular renters and several of the renters in Aug and Sept.I was told the beds were fine.I don't know if Sylvers pregnancy had anything to do with the beds being uncomfortable or not.I have added memory foam pads to both queen beds for added comfort.My regular cleaner was out of town and I had used someone new.My regular cleaner was back the following week and I apologized for the new girl missing some spots in the master bath.Sylver and her family were great guests and I enjoyed their visit to our condo.

Stayed here with my family (2 adults and 3 children) for our annual trip to OC. I have to say that this is the NICEST place we have ever stayed (we've been coming to OC for 15+ years!!). The unit was extremely spacious, beautifully decorated, and meticulously maintained. HUGE balcony with perfect sunset views! The rooftop pool also had spectacular panoramic views of both the ocean and the bay. Location was central to everything with a lot of shopping and attractions within walking distance. Cindi was very helpful and so nice to work with. I highly recommend this condo!!

Great Condo and Great Service

We stayed at this condo for a long weekend. We traveled with adults & children and there was plenty of room for everyone. Cindi the owner was very accommodating and assured us that if we needed anything she was a phone call away. Luckily we never had to call because we had everything we needed. We could tell Cindi takes great proud in what she offers. Everything was very well maintained and true to the website descriptions. We will definitely recommend her to anyone traveling to OC.

We stayed for an extended weekend, and it was PERFECT! Not a thing missing when renting this home.Plenty of space for our extended family to stay while in Ocean City. Looking forward to our next vacation down there. Thanks so much Cindi, for such a wonderful home!

I just left Memorial weekend me my husband and cousins stayed there we had no problem..Cindy was great and i would diffently stay there again everything was beautiful.If u would asked me if this was a great5 place to stay i was say yes indeed!

We haven't even stayed at the condo yet, but our experience with the owner, Cindy, has been awesome. She couldn't be nicer and answers any questions honestly and promptly. Looking forward to our stay in August.
