Comments from recent guest: 'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St. Kitts at Paul and Anna's Caribbean
Seaside Villa. The condo was very comfortable and we had all the comforts
of home. We loved the deck and enjoyed watching the sunrises and sunsets
every day. The location of the Villa was great and Timothy beach was a
great place to snorkel. Pat, the property manager, was wonderful and we
greatly appreciated his assistance with helping us plan our days. The
catamaran trip to Nevis was GREAT - THANKS, Pat, for arranging it for us!
Paul and Anna also provided us with good information about the island and
were very helpful in ensuring our stay was comfortable. Paul, loved the
Shipwreck Bar and Marshall's Restaurant! If I ever find myself back in St.
Kitts, I know I will be staying at Paul and Anna's villa again! It is well
worth the stay!'
Comments from recent guest: 'The Villa was great and the view can’t be beat. Pat was a real friend and made sure that our visit to St. Kitts was as enjoyable as possible. He stopped by from time to time to give us ideas and helped us book a Catamaran trip to Nevis. The Catamaran trip should not be missed. I have seen better coral on other islands, but I did see some marine life I have never seen in the wild before. I saw Octopus while snorkeling off of 3 different beaches (one was Timothy Beach close to the Villa). I also saw Cuttlefish and had never seen those before plus a lot of fish and Sea Urchins( huge sea urchins). Snorkeling from the Catamaran was incredible. The place where that stopped for snorkeling was as clear as a swimming pool. Brinley Gold Rum which is made on St. Kitts is great. I brought some back with me and have ordered more since I have been home. I liked the Coffee and Mango the best. I found the people on St. Kitts and Nevis to be extremely friendly and helpful!'
More Comments: This Villa sits at a perfect location for relaxation and views! We just loved this villa. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and looking out over the water to Nevis. The view was never dull! Ships and yachts sail by and you wish you could stay forever. The location is less than a 1/2 mile to golf, and Timothy Beach. Up the road about 1 mile is the most beautiful secluded beach you can ever find. Fine dining is right next door, literally, if you don't want to go anywhere. We are explorers and took the island by storm. We had the privilege of a personal tour at the restored Golden Lemon, and met Dougy, the famous Catamaran builder while leisurely taking in the Rawlings Plantation. Neither should be missed. This villa is the perfect location for easy access to anything, or just kicking back and doing nothing. Shaggy, the yard man will entertain you with local knowledge. We highly recommend it! We found paradise! The very large deck over looks the crystal clear blue waters of the Caribbean with distant views of Nevis - spectacular. The main living area opens right onto the deck through beautiful large sliding glass doors. It would be great if there was a screen for the evenings to keep the bugs outside, so we had to keep them closed, but as they work so well, opening & shutting them to go in &out wasn't a problem. Inside the home is bright and spacious. The kitchen is fully applianced & out-fitted with all the essentials. Upstairs are 2 excellent-sized bedrooms with huge closets and a full bath with an odd layout that offers 2 showers (one with a tub) and two wash basins and one john set up in two areas - but it works! With the home's location at the top of Fort Tyson Rise, a car is an absolute necessity. With car rentals easy to come by (both nationally known companies and great local ones) there is no problem. While the home had some age and we did have a couple of maintenance issues (a foot through the deck and a running toilet) the company that handles this had workman there when we needed them and they were quick & efficient and did a great job. We ourselves took care of a few things that needed some attention; fixing the dining room chairs and removing and replacing some broken light bulbs, overall the home is in very good shape and the neighborhood is charming! For restaurants, there are so many fabulous ones, it's hard to name them all! Of our favorites, Marshall's (right next door) is at the top of the list and no car necessary. Others we loved are Rock Lobster, Carombola, Royal Grille and Blu (the last two at the Marriott). For breakfast, you can't beat Ritual's! Beaches is what St Kitts is all about! Timothy Beach is just down the hill with lots of beach bars for food & beverage but our favorite is Cockershell, a 15-20 minute car ride over some rough roads, but worth all the potholes! Here Lion's Rock offers cold beverages and fabulous Caribbean food! Gotta have a burger & fries, slip next door to Spice Mill. Staff to do: ride the Sugar Train, do a snorkel trip with Leeward Adventures, go to the Caribelle Batik, try the zip-line, ride up to the top of Brimstone Hill but don't miss a pina colada at Ottley's Plantation!Did you find this review helpful? We had a wonderful holiday on St Kitts and enjoyed the villa and the deck whilst being slightly disappointed by the location. The view is lovely and it has an amazing sea view of blue sky and ships coming and going but it does not overlook the beach as described. The beach is a fairly hefty walk below but we sneaked through the nearby hotel [ great pool] and took their own path down to the sea which cut a huge chunk off the walk. The agent Shelley Buffet was a mine of friendly information and we really enjoyed our trips to Shipwreck, SpiceMill and the Catamaran trip on my special day. It was easy to find good places to eat but you must rent a car if you want to make the most of the island. We did not try Marshalls at it looked so expensive and preferred the trek to Shiggedy Shack where the ambience was more laid back. The villa is well equipped and the aircon is excellent. I was also delighted to have wifi. It was clean and well kept and the bed was soooooo comfy. A great week all round.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

My husband and I loved staying at this villa. The views were fabulous. You can see the cruise ships coming and leaving at night all lit up as well as the ferry to Nevis. The deck is covered with beautiful tropical flowers. The feeling of the villa is very homey and comfortable. Some updating needs to be done in the kitchen, but everything works. The neighbors are very friendly. Marshall's Restaurant is right next door and is one of the top 3 restaurants on the Island. The food is absolutely the best. We did not rent a car but we were able to walk to the beach and restaurants. We have been to St Kitts several times but I would suggest that you do rent a car so that you can see around this beautiful Island. Our time here was just too short. We are planning to book for next year.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Paul and Anna have a wonderful villa with a spectacular view and a absolutely perfect location. It is central to everything but just far away from the strip. A 2-10 minute car ride will get you to the best beaches and restaurants around. Marshall's restaurant right next door is fabulous and he's also a hospitable neighbor. I felt right at home and very secure, traveling alone. When I return to the lovely St Kitts, I would absolutely stay again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

We spent two weeks in the villa in February and enjoyed it a great deal. We go to St Kitts every year to visit family and, dollar for dollar, this is the best value we've found. The villa is comfortable, well situated and the views from the deck can't be beat. All in all, the place feels homey and that's what we're looking for. Having one of the best restaurants on the island right next door is an added plus. We'll be back next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Our stay was our second on St Kitts and first in this villa. The villa was nice and well furnished. Just perfect for a family with 1 or 2 children or 2 couples. Just 2 doors down from world class dining at Marshall's and close to the beach and pretty much anything else (with a car). Great place to vacation and relax! P.K.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Thank you, Paul and Anna, for sharing your wonderful paradise home with us. Tom and I started our week by simply enjoying the nearby beaches and restaurants... By far the best part of this island is the people. What a wonderful place to call home!....Sitting out on the veranda enjoying morning or the evening--that alone is worth the price! It all provides a great setting--relaxing and allowing the cares of the world to slip away. It's all a perfect setting for being with someone you love. What a way to celebrate my 50th! We will be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
