Beautiful Beach Home, built by owners, five years old. On private large beach which leads out to Lake Erie. Situated with views of Put-In-Bay islands and Kellys Island. Suite/Loft attached at back of home. Views from unit include Gem Beach channel and the harbor. Dockage available directly behind home for minimal dockage fee when renting. Will accommodate up to 40-foot boat. Owner's grandfather developed Gem Beach in 1930's. Much history available in rental regarding Dance Hall and Penny Arcade.

Many attractions nearby as well as Ferry Service to all Islands. Many unique coastal shopping areas and restaurants nearby. Many guests share that they feel our beach area reminds them of Nantucket and Cape Cod. The Rental is the Suite/Loft area. Owners' live in Beach Home and rental available is attached at back of home with private entrance. Very Pristine rental and private Beach in front of home.

    • Lovely new rental with beautiful views all around of water, beach, and harbor. We have 2 children, went out to play on beach and in water every day. Nicest area we have ever stayed in Gem Beach. Owners very nice and very accomodating
