Accommodations:  Condominium, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 6)

This Condominium is equipped with all that you will need. Placed on the third floor (ground, second, third, and fourth). It consists of three bedrooms (linens are provided) with ceiling fan, air conditioning (optional), hammock, and closets.

The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and bathroom; the second has two twin beds; and the third has one full bed - with a little balcony offering a beautiful viewpoint of the marsh with many flamingoes.

Another bathroom for the second and third rooms. Another one maid's bed and bathroom and a little patio. Condominium's pool.

Living room with TV, DVD, VHS, SKY (satellite TV, optional), dining room with a rectangular table for six persons, both with ceiling fan too. Near the living room and in front of the sea is a comfortable balcony with an oval table and 10 chairs.

The kitchen is fully-equipped: microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, etc. conventional oven, service for ten peoples, refrigerator, and cooking utensils provided.

Merida's airport is ten minutes away from downtown.

Progreso's downtown is 33 kilometres away to Mérida's downtown.

The coast line is surrounded by 60 km of houses and edifices (Progreso, Chicxulub, Telchac, San Crisanto, Santa Clara and Dzilam de Bravo). But just at Easter and summer is when you feel the people and bustle we like that, and the foreigners likes it when it is quiet and peaceful.

The temperature in winter is generally between 18º and 25º celsius (70º-80º Fahrenheit). Live with nature, walk on the beach, and soak up the sunshine

You can find a greater variety of restaurants and Internet places, as well as several supermarkets, cinemas, laundry centers, many shops, hospital, banks, drugs stores (is 12-13 minutes from the condominium by car or 15 by bus). There is a sidewalk in front of the sea and restaurants.

Chicxulub in the nearest little town (from condominium, seven minutes) It is a fishing town with beaches, internet cafes, a small market, drug stores, and some shops. At the coast. Then at 15 kilometres is the Flamencos Condominium.

It is part of a complex consisting of 24 apartments in six towers and all are with view of the sea. Located in Uaymitum, the condominiums front a beautiful beach with the main road. The Uaymitum beaches and the neighboring San Benito-San Bruno beaches are the best in the state of Yucatan.

Telchac about 27 kilometres to Chicxulub and to Xcambo Ruins. These are not at the sea.
