Come and enjoy the beach waters, the gulf breeze, the sunrise and the moon light from this 5 year old home, 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, Beachfront Home that will accommodate up to 12. The property was completed August of 2006 in beautiful Pointe West on the west end of Galveston Island. Aficionado is bright, spacious and very enjoyable; it is perfect for enjoying a memorable time with the family and friends.
Aficionado's master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV, DVD player, private bath with a whirlpool tub and access to its own deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Second bedroom has a queen size bed with its own private bath. Third bedroom also has a queen size bed. And the Fourth bedroom, designed with the kids in mind, has two sets of bunkbeds and cable TV with DVD and VHS player.
The kitchen, dining room and living room have tile flooring with an open floor plan separated by an island bar with granite counter tops which makes it great for those special gatherings with your family and friends. There is also another large deck off of the living room overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. There is a Flat screen TV with cable plus surround sound DVD/CD/radio equipment in the living room along with a double futon. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, full size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, and a toaster oven. Home also has central air and heat, telephone with free long distance, wireless internet, and a cabana shower downstairs for after the beach rinse offs.
