The property was completed August of 2006 in beautiful Pointe West - A Coastal Texas Resort - on the west end of Galveston Island
Aficionado is bright, spacious and very enjoyable; it is perfect for enjoying a memorable time with the family and friends.
The kitchen, dining room and living room have tile flooring with an open floor plan separated by an island bar with granite counter tops which makes it great for those special gatherings with your family and friends. There is also another large deck off of the living room overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. There is a Flat screen TV with cable plus surround sound DVD/CD/radio equipment in the living room along with a double futon. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, full size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, and a toaster oven. Home also has central air and heat, telephone with free long distance, wireless internet, and a cabana shower downstairs for after the beach rinse offs.
