This privately owned luxury condominium is located in the coveted Silver Mill House building in the Resort Plaza Condominiums at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, just a few feet from the ticket windows, PayDay Ski Lift, ski school and rental shops!
Enjoy this spacious, Gold-rated and newly renovated One King Bedroom, One Full Bath Condominium, which also includes a Queen-size Murphy Bed and a sleeper sofa in the family room. Also if needed there are two twin air mattresses and pump for additional flexibility in sleeping arrangements(Sleeps 2-5).
Pamper yourself in the mountainside indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. Relax in the steam room, sauna, tanning bed, and fitness room.
Resort shopping and restaurants are just outside your condo. Walk or take the free shuttle (approximately six blocks) to the popular Main Street area to experience a fun evening atmosphere or historical mining town by day. Or, catch the shuttle for a day of fun at Deer Valley, Canyons or Olympic Park.
This beautifully appointed ski in/ski out condo has a spacious family room with queen-size Murphy (wall) bed and a queen-size pull out sofa bed, balcony, table for four, kitchen bar counter with four bar stools, and 36' Flat Screen HD Cable TV with CD/DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has alder cabinets, granite countertops and all appliances, including microwave, coffee pot, crockpot, blender, waffle maker, ice maker, cooking utensils and dishware.
Enjoy the romantic gas fireplace in the spacious Master suite, complete with king-sized bed, built-in cabinets, TV, tub/shower in the luxurious granite and tiled bathroom which has a pocket door dividing the shower/toilet area from the vanity/sink area. There is also a private safe. The bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the Plaza. Perfect for couples or small families! A washer and dryer are in the unit and all linens and towels are furnished.
Access Wi-Fi wireless internet with your laptop right from the condo. If you did not bring your laptop, or need to print boarding passes, there is a computer with internet access and printer available free to guests in the building.
Step off the slopes for a lunch break back at the condo or for a quick change Apres-ski. Access is easy via the elevator or up one flight of stairs. My family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is small but comfortable enough for 4....clean, functional....location is great! Well equipped. Would stay there again.....would recommend it to a friend. Great off-season value.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have rented several condos/houses through VRBO.com in the past 7 years. This condo is in the heart of Park City Resort. The ski lift is right around the corner. The condo has an wall safe and all of the standard hotel amenities plus the benefit of a full kitchen and in condo washer/dryer. The owners (Belinda/Tami) were exceptional and went out of their way to make sure our vacation went smoothly.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

My Girlfriend and I stayed at this wonderful property for Sundance and had a really great time. The unit is centrally located. Skiing, shopping and minutes from downtown. The shuttles ran surprisingly fast for such a busy weekend!!! The unit was cozy and had just enough space to keep both my girlfriend and I happy!!! The owner was ajoy to work with and very helpful. I strongly recomend this property and its' owners!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

The condo is nicely updated and well furnished and equipped. We loved the super convenient location to the payday lift, ski school, ticket booths, and equipment rental shops plus the city bus stop is steps away from the building! We didn't need a car, but if you do, parking is covered and under the building. And the spring skiing was awesome! We'll be back...Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We had a fabulous trip and this condo is great. The condo itself is very nice, and the kitchen has everything you need to make a few meals. I cannot say enough about the location. If you have never been to PC before, let me tell you, you are right where you need to be. You are literally steps away from the ticket office, the Payday lift. We rented skis from a shop directly below our unit and stored them there at night. You can save a few dollars too, because it is super easy to eat lunch in your room. The owners were very helpful, answering all my questions about PC. I would go back in a heartbeat! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This condo is our home base for our annual family ski vacation every year and we couldn't be more pleased with everything. There is not a better location if you ski at PCMR. You don't need to rent a car - just have a car service bring you from the airport and you can take the Park City bus to any restaurant. We stayed for 4 nights just before Christmas, 2009. Loved everything! The condo location was of course, perfect. Also, the space inside is so nicely used. Great spots for ski and boot storage. We stayed here the first of March 09 and it was our first experience with VRBO. GREAT! This condo is in the perfect location. It is steps from the lift. Owners were very responsive, very nice and they got my deposit back to me within a week! About the owner: Our two families own the condos jointly and we enjoy using them personally as well as renting them out to guests. Belinda and Tamie do all the condo management and love assisting guests in planning their vacations. We have many repeat guests once they discover the condos' great location.
Why the Owner Chose Resort Plaza:
Location, location, location! Our condo's location at Resort Plaza at the base Park City Mountain Resort allows guests to be skiing within a couple minutes of leaving the condo. The ticket windows, chairlift, ski school and/or rental shops are accessed by just stepping outside the condo!
Park City is the most easily accessed ski destination in the west. Salt Lake City airport is an easy 38 mile (40 min.) drive. With three world class ski resorts right in Park City (and 5 other ski resorts within an hour) your choices are many to be skiing on 'the greatest snow on earth' in no time. Utah is known for its extremely dry fluffy powder and typically receives over 400' of snow a season.
Utah also offers many year round activities and is home to a large number of national parks such as Arches, The Canyonlands, Zion, Bryce Canyon, as well as others. Our condo in Park City is a wonderful hub for all UT has to offer.
