  We had the best week of our lives staying in this gorgeous home. It far exceeded our expectations! It is so beautifully decorated, the kitchen is fully equipped. We stayed in and cooked all meals but one, just to enjoy the comfort of this home. The pool is just steps away, and very relaxing. The bedrooms are cozy, beautifully decorated, with a TV and bathroom in each room. I look forward to staying here time and time again.

  I’m not sure if I can make this review concise as there is so much to praise! I can't even begin to explain how utterly perfect this property was. We're still talking about it with friends and family after we got home. Typically we enjoy the hotel/resort lifestyle, but with our family coming together from Alaska, Oregon, and Nevada we felt the idea of a larger rental property would better suit our needs. We stayed 15 days and it truly felt like home, in every aspect. In some ways, it was better than home! We had my husband and I, and our two daughters (16 & 7). The incredible master bedroom, bathroom, and walk in closet were a dream. Coffee on the upstairs lanai in the morning is still a fond memory. Our daughters shared the 2nd upstairs bedroom, which was perfect with the 2 twin beds and their private bathroom. We also shared the home with the grandparents who got to stay very comfortably in the 3rd downstairs bedroom for their first ever trip to the islands. For a few nights we also had another family member take advantage of the pull out sofa upstairs. Plenty of room for everyone. The bedding in all of the bedrooms were clean, comfortable, gorgeous and appropriately designed. The abundance of pillows was a plus for my husband. We were quite spoiled with the kitchen and the amenities included. It became funny when one of us would say I wonder if there is a….and of course whatever it was we needed, we were sure to find it. I mean everything! We ate in and grilled on the Lanai nearly every day. It was so nice to be able to enjoy local foods and have such a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen, indoor and out. We set the timer on the coffee pot every evening so we woke up to the aroma of fresh Kona coffee. As I would sit on the lanai in the morning sun, I became quite fond of the birds that would hang out in the yard just feet away. I actually miss them. They were so cute! We honestly felt we had the best unit in the entire community. It’s the only building on the middle greenbelt and was a 20 second direct walk across the landscaped yard to the pool. However, the pool is visually guarded by a really cool lava mound and great greenery, so you never hear the pool or actually see it from your unit. But the access was incredible. There was hardly anyone at the pool either, so at times it felt like it was all our own. So I will conclude that this is not only everything they claim it is, it’s way better.

  This AMAZING property captured our hearts when we were searching for the perfect family vacation home in Hawaii, so you can imagine what we felt when we actually stepped inside the home. EVERYTHING is updated and high-end quality. Every detail to live luxuriously has not been overlooked. From the Tommy Bahama furnishings, to the quality craftsmanship and spacious accommodations, this place is PERFECT for any family that wants to literally "move" to Hawaii without having to bring a thing. Too much to list, but I'm going to try: A garage stocked with body boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand castle making equipment, beach mats, balls and bicycles; a spacious luxury home that was more than spacious for my family of five; a fully stocked kitchen with silverware, plates, cooking utensils, an awesome coffee maker (I actually ordered the exact model on Amazon because I loved it so much), modern updated appliances; Bose system in living room that easily hooks-up to your iPhone and pumps your tunes throughout the downstairs; beautiful flat screen TV; a patio right next to the incredible pool; an amazing stainless steel barbecue grill; an incredible master suite and dual vanity bathroom; a great balcony to sip coffee in the morning; a beach club pass to the QUIET and beautiful Mauna Lani Beach Club; a beautiful property located in beautiful Mauna Lani next to the Fairmont Orchid and the amazing Shops at Mauna Lani. The property owner is very helpful. I can't emphasize enough that this is the property to rent. My family and I will be back. STOP LOOKING and RESERVE NOW.

  My husband and I celebrated our 42nd anniversary here in September and had an incredible time. We have traveled quite a bit over the past ten years and both feel this was our favorite vacation. The unit is beautiful, gorgeous furnishings and extremely well appointed. We really did feel like we were in a 5 star hotel, only so much more room and much more comfortable. The pool is beautiful and so convenient. We almost always had it to ourselves. We absolutely loved the private beach club! We went there almost every day. The snorkeling is fantastic - again the best we've seen, and we have snorkeled in many different places. It was never crowded and very quiet. If you want to explore other beaches there are several within a few miles. The management team was extremely helpful and friendly, very quick to respond to any questions or requests. We would return in a heartbeat and I can't imagine a better unit to stay in. It is exactly like the photos on the website.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

You have everything you need here including everything you need for the beach and all the way to every ammenity you could need. More importantly, the owner, Marc, and the management company was there and quickly responded to every need including when I needed to stay later on the day of my flight and needed a later checkout time and got bumped off of my flight and was trying to find a place to stay one more night. Don't miss this one! Its difficult to find an owner who cares as much as they do. In addition, the area couldn't be better for golfing, the beach, places to eat, small shopping establishment, a show and grocery shopping. Marc, thank you for everything. Your place is beautiful. we'll be back again!!!

  My wife, two teenage kids, and I had an absolutely wonderful week long vacation at this fantastic villa. It is hard to list all the things we loved about it. The decor and furniture was beautiful and super comfy. The lounge chairs on the master bedroom lanai were to-die-for. I had the best afternoon naps out there. Note this also speaks to how quiet the complex is. The huge kitchen had all the conveniences of our home, so cooking our own meals was a pleasure, great quality pots, pans, utensils, etc. The BBQ on the lanai was excellent. We fixed ourselves the best surf and turf meals! The proximity to the pool could not have been better. My daughter loved that she could walk barefoot across the lawn to the pool. The grounds were immaculately cared for and looked fantastic. This villa is top rate and would recommend highly.

  Stayed at the condo in early April, and have to say it was a wonderful place. Very comfortable, very well maintained, very well stocked (dishes, towels, swim toys …. everything you could need). Used the outdoor grill several times, great to be able to step out the back and grill some Mahi / Steaks / Burgers. Plenty of room, way more than we needed, but could get used to three baths. Place is kept up well, decorated very nicely. Comfortable place to call home, if only for 10 days. Walk across a grass common area to a fantastic pool. Never saw more than 8 other people there, and a few times had it all to ourselves. The beach club is AWESOME. Calm water for the kids, incredible coral reefs for snorkeling, paddle boards for rent, private parking lot for guests, chairs and cabanas waiting for guests …. Just bring towels from the Condo. Spent several afternoons there and never got bored. Location is North of the Airport 20 miles, in a resort area. Most “big city” stores (Target, Costco, etc) are just south of the airport, so a little ways away, but you are in the midst of resort area with a couple of small malls close by, with access to North part of the island and we took a shot up to Wamia for some ranching (yes, Hawaii has cattle ranches). Awesome vacation, great condo, would highly recommend … thank for sharing your home. Places to look into while staying there: Manta Ray Night Dive and also Dolphin Swim (Coral Reef Snorkel and Dive did good by us ... tell Capt Ron Hi, 20 min south), Pololu Valley (great hike/views ... 20 miles north), Kona Brewing Company (great pizza, but got to sit outside if given the choice - 20 miles south). Go to Hawaii, STAY HERE, you will not be disappointed.

  Let me start by saying that this place is absolutely perfect. We had a group of 9, aged 6 to 80 and this place had everything we could ever need. The decor was wonderful, there were plenty of fresh linens, every kitchen utensil imaginable was there. You couldn't ask for a more relaxing home in Hawaii. The lava pool is so inviting and warm and just a few feet from the patio. The private beach club is just a few minutes drive away and has delicious food and is great for snorkeling. Overall we were very, very pleased and look forward to visiting again someday.
