Welcome to Life of Riley, a vacation villa of incomparable features, amenities, security, and convenience. The villa is professionally decorated with luxurious, high-quality, yet durable and family-friendly furniture and accents, and not a low-cost, stiff and uncomfortable furniture package typically found in vacation homes around the area. Simply said, our guests - adults and kids - have a great vacation in grand style!
Life of Riley is an executive villa built in 2006 located in Aviana, a private, upscale, gated resort community that is located less than ten minutes from World Class Championship Golf and fifteen minutes from Walt Disney World property. From Aviana it is an easy drive to Florida’s many fun-filled attractions, fabulous restaurants, and excellent shopping. Also, it is less than one hour to the Atlantic coast and one and a half hours to the Gulf of Mexico. And, the Greenway (Highway 417) takes you very efficiently to Orlando International Airport!
The villa offers 1935 square feet of flexible, fully air-conditioned living space featuring a king suite, queen suite, a full-twin combination, and a twin room, each with their own distinct personalities. Thus, the house sleeps nine comfortably, but can accommodate up to ten with our Pack 'n Play.
For quiet conversation, relax in living room on a cozy couch or overstuffed armchair, or join in on the fun in the family room to watch one of the DVDs in our library.
The kitchen is a very convenient, well-stocked place to make a quick snack for the sunbathers or to make a gourmet meal. It comes complete with all the comforts of home, including a dishware for 16, cookware, glassware, utensils, and even plastic ware for use around the pool. In addition, appliances include a microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer, and a blender for smoothies or margaritas.
The game room features our family’s favorite games including ping pong, air hockey, and electronic darts, and plenty of toys, games, and books for your enjoyment. Jump in and play or sit at the bar with a refreshing beverage the choice is all yours!
The private, heated pool measures 26 feet x 12 feet and is fully screened with ample seating and pool toys for everyone in your party. Also, there is a child safety fence to protect the younger vacationers in your party. Please note that pool heat is recommended from November through March, and you may order it when you make your reservations.
We know that you want to stay connected to your life back home, so we’ve provided free internet service for you, as well as nationwide long distance telephone service. Life of Riley is perfect for single or multi-family vacations, reunions, Magical Gatherings™, romantic getaways, or corporate housing for attendees of events being held in the Central Florida area.

Why the Owner Chose Aviana
Aviana Resort is conveniently located near the Walt Disney World Resort and many other Central Florida attractions, including many championship golf courses. We knew that visitors to our community would love the location and be impressed with the resort itself. Aviana is a little bit off the beaten path (Rt. 192), but that, to us, is a relief after busy days in the park - it is quiet and peaceful.
