The living space itself was great, had all the amenities we needed, and was very clean. It was adequate room for my husband, my two kids, and myself (for a two day stay). We really enjoyed the pool area and the hot tub (the temperature was just right) The evening breeze was wonderful and the peacefulness of the area really lent itself to relaxing evenings. Taking evening walks down to the bay was also nice. A few recommendations: I would recommend that a memory foam topper be included for those who wish to use it on the murphy bed as it was a little too hard for me and my husband; we woke up to some back pain/soreness. In the restroom, the toilet tilted/moved forward a bit when sat on and one of the towel hangers was loose and was falling off the wall, so this room probably needs a little attention. Finally, our porch door wouldn't open so we didn't take advantage of the porch on our first night :(it was something we were really looking forward to). The following morning, I called the contact number given to us and right away, someone was sent over to resolve that issue for us. Turns out the latch that locks and unlocks the porch door was broken (looked corroded, which is something common that happens to metal at the beach). That evening, we ordered out and had dinner on the outdoor porch/patio, which was roomy enough for all of us (it has a table for four). The pictures provided of how the condo/studio looks are very accurate. However, adding pictures of the porch/patio, kitchen, and bathroom would also be nice. Overall, our stay was great! Even though our condo/studio wasn't perfect, it was adequate for my family's needs and the service we received from Kathy and Fernando was outstanding! I would definitely recommend this property!

My husband and I spent 2+ winter months in this studio and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It is well equipped (except for a vacuum cleaner)for a comfortable stay, although putting the "murphy bed" up and down everyday became tedious. I would also suggest to the owners that some type of blind or curtain on the patio door would be more user-friendly than the folding screen, both for room darkening and privacy. The condo complex was in a nice quiet location and very well kept. We would definitely recommend this unit for a short stay.

Thank You for your constructive remarks. I will be bring the vac back the end of the month ... I packed it! I agree and will change the slider window covering to allow for more privacy and darkening the unit to sleep. As for the Murphy Bed I told my husband if I can't put it up and down with my pinky it has to be replaced! Thank and I hope you will come again and see the updated changes. Susan Horldt
