This is luxury waterfront living at its best! This 6 Bedroom home sleeps 20 or this unique home can be rented as a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, or a 4 bedroom, 3 bath main level or the whole house which is 6 bedrooms, 5 baths! Ideal for family reunions, weddings, or simply a fun loving group of friends who wish to have a great home in Destin! Great Home for large groups of up to 22 people. Located on Holiday Isle with its salt-water canals, beautiful private beaches, emerald water, pleasure craft, and water sports. Take a walk, rollerblade, or bike ride on the great bike path around the Isle. Enjoy fishing or boating right out your back door or take a short walk to the sugar-white beach. You are right in the heart of Destin, it does not get any better than this! This home is approximately 4000 square feet with approximately 2000 square feet of wood decking of which 800 square feet is covered.
Rental includes 50-foot lateral boat dock to make harbor, gulf, or bay access simple, with electric and water. Put your boat in at the beginning of your stay and have at your back door whenever you want it! The canal is great for swimming and fishing.

Designed with families in mind...we are in a quiet residential neighborhood, where all day you see families walking to the beach or loading up to go out for a day of boating! It is fun to stay and play right in the yard on the dock. Fishing, swimming, canoeing are all right there for your enjoyment. Bicycling, walking, rollerblading along the islands 2 mile sidewalk is an everyday event. Our canal leads directly out to the Destin Harbor, where the charter fishing boats are docked, from there you can go into the gulf or the bay or anchor right by the Destin Bridge at the popular crab island!
Around the house you will find all of the comforts of home, nice patios, decks, bar-be-que pit....with 2 full kitchen and a bonus cooktop out on the covered deck. There are 2 washers and dryers and all the necessities for a relaxing week in beautiful Destin! The unique floor plan of the home provides a convenient level of togetherness with the option of privacy. The main floor is centrally divided by the living room and kitchen and has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths on one side and two bedrooms and a bath on the other side. Then the integrated upstairs is a complete apartment with another kitchen and its own washer and dryer with its own decks and entry. It is self contained 2 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, dining area and kitchen.
In Summary you have 6 Private Bedroom Areas Total, 3 king beds, 5 queen beds, 2 queen sofa sleepers, 2 twin beds, and the option of one roll away bed. You have 5 bathrooms, plus an outside shower to rinse off the sand. You have 2 living areas, 3 eating areas, 2 full kitchens and a bonus cooktop on the covered deck, 2 washers and dryers. Over 2000 feet of decking, with approximately 800 feet of the deck is covered.
You have convientient parking for 6 vehicles, since many areas of Destin do not allow trailer parking, we have FREE off site parking for your boat trailers.

There is a 3rd king bed in the master bedroom on the upper level with a private bath.
- Queen Bed (5) : There are two queen beds in a large bedroom on the main level(there is two twin trundle beds in this room as well) There is a 3rd bedroom on the main level with one queen bed (and there is a queen futon mattress under that bed that can be used). Then on the upper level there is a 2nd bedroom that has 2 queen beds (there is also a twin roll away bed in that closet)
- Twin/Single Bed (4) : There are 2 twin trundle beds in a large bedroom on the main level that also has 2 queen beds. The king bedroom that walks out to the deck can be separated and used as 2 twins if that works better for your group
- Convertible Bed (2) : There is a queen leather sofa sleeper in the upper level family room. There is a twin size roll away bed in the upper level as well.

This has a 4 burner cooktop, complete double sink, small refrigerater, and a deluxe toaster oven

We fell in Love with Destin many years ago, we started coming here for business and decided to work here in the real estate industry. We brought our children from the time they were babies and would stay for the entire summer enjoying all that Destin has to offer. We have had tons of family and friends over the years. We bought this home after hurricane opal and have renovated every inch of it. Now our children are in college and we don't utilize this house the way we did for many years, so we decided to share this great home with some other families to allow them to have some great Destin vacations and memories as we have!

The house was more beautiful in person. The home is very well stocked for everything we needed to cook for a large group. We took a group of 28 and there was plenty of room. The screen in porch was very spacious for 28 people to have dinner and dance. Most of us stayed up all night sitting on the deck overlooking the water. Will stay there again P Howard

My family stayed at this house for my wedding weekend of October 1, 2011. It was perfect for us. We had the ceremony on the beach, which was a short walk from the house. The reception was held at the house. We had a band set up on the back lawn and the tables were set up in the boat house, which was enclosed. We had so many compliments on the house and set up, and I don't think we could have found a better location. The amenities were great! The caterer cooked everything in the huge kitchen. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for my extended family to stay together. The value was great also. If you plan to have a wedding or large party here, be aware that you will need to have a parking plan. The driveway will only hold about 8 cars, but we were able to carpool everyone there and it was not that big of a deal. I would recommend this house to anyone having a small (50-60 guest) wedding. I hope that we will be able to return to this house so we can add to our happy memories!

This property is very convenient for boating. The ocean is five min walk able distance. The house is very spacious and clean. Just to sit in a huge balcony was breathtaking. One caution for pet owners would be that carpets are very light in color and very clean, you will be charged for every spot you leave behind. Be careful, or clean after yourself!!! Overall experience was amazing.

The location and design of the house is great. The boat access was great for us. We rented a boat and brought our own jet skis. We left the jet skis in the water all week. Very little boat traffic. They also have a location to park trailers. That is huge. The House had every thing we needed...lots of room and all the kitchen stuff. I highly recommend this place.to any large family or group.

This house is amazing!!! We rented this house for my wedding week & it was absolutely perfect! My family of 20 all slept here, it had plenty of room for everyone to sleep & large enough to where it never once felt crowded. Sally & Tom are terrific they helped us out so much from caterers, hair stylists, restaurants and much more! I can't express how happy i was with this place! The outside is BEAUTIFUL we had our reception in the back yard and it turned out great! I would highly recommend this house to anyone! I would highly recommend this home to anyone interested. It was absolutely amazing. My family and I rented the whole house to stay during my wedding week and also was used as the rehearsal dinner location. I hosted close to 50 people for the party and everyone had a blast and plenty of room to salsa, merengue, or any other dance. I am definitly planning on coming back!!! Awesome House!! Best weekend ever!! Sally had so many great lighting features, boat space, supplies galore! Can't think of one thing about this place I would change! The dock was deep enough for 2..27+ foot boats to dock at with no troubles! The covered deck was amazing! We went to AJ's one night then decided we had more fun on our own deck than going out! The extra parking for the boat trailers was awesome! We put in @ Joes Bayou then went dropped trailers off @ the property then straight to the house! We never once worried that the trailers or extra vehicles were unsafe! Thanks Sally!! We will be back!!

Our group has come for this same weekend 7 years in a row, and this is by far the best home we've ever stayed in. We will definitely be back to this home year after year!! No needs or wants and definitely zero complaints!! ! We had a group of 21 @ Sally's beautiful home!! Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep; we had plenty of room for our food, festivities and music!! You really never could tell we had a houseful until we loaded up on the 2 boats (which still was comfortable). Annually, our previous enlisted friends all meet up for one adults only weekend/reunion. We had friends from MS, NY, MO, AL, TX, LA, AK, NE, IA, and Nepal. Thanks so much Sally!! We will always be back and appreciative!!
