The Unique Benefits at this Duplex
The duplex was designed and built as a home versus an apartment our small condo. The garden patio and deck are great for kids, entertaining and people watching.
Too many restaurants and shpps to name all within a short walking distance. Avenida Del mar also host a weekly farmers market on Sundays.
The rental is located downstairs. Pier, park dining and shopping are all within 2 blocks. You can park your car and forget it!
