This was one of the best! We thoroughly enjoyed the area - being able to walk to shops, restaurants, library, the ocean - all within a block or two of the home. The home had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The shower in the master bath was wonderful, the bed comfortable, the appliances new and modern, just so much more. I enjoyed reading some of the books on the well stocked book shelves. We would highly recommend Surfridervilla and hope to return some day.

This place was unbelievable! Totally exceeded by expectations! So clean, beautifully decorated, completely met all of our needs! I would totally recommend this property to everyone. In fact, I've told anyone who would listen to me since I've been back home. I hope that my family and I can stay here again in the future. The pictures don't do it justice -- looks even better in person.

we, a family of four with 2 teenagers from the netherlands (europe) stayed for 1 week at surfrider villa. After travelling for 2 weeks visiting the national parks, this really felt like home. The house was great with all the things you need. Clean and spacey. The town is beautifull and we were very pleased with the fact that we could walk to the beach, shops and very good restaurants. No need to take the car for everything you do. But when you do need the car the entry to the 5 is close with direct connection to seaword in san diego, disneyland, hollywood etc. Definitly worth the money.

Our stay at Surfrider Villa in the Pier Bowl of San Clemente was outstanding! With the pier and downtown shops within a two minute walk, the location is perfect. The interior is warm and welcoming. Large kitchen, fantastic master bedroom and bath. The two outdoor patios were the selling point for us. One with a large patio table, complete with a soothing water fountain, and the other with tons of seating great for entertaining or soaking up some California sunshine. All the amenities are provided, including everything you'll need on the beach! Just bring clothes and a bathing suit and you're ready for a fabulous vacation!

We have been coming to San Clemente since we were in high school, and now we have grandkids. Surfrider Villa is located in the peirbowl, right in the heart of town. A short walk talkes you to either the beach & peir, or into old downtown full of shops and restaraunts. Park your car and enjoy your stay. The unit itself is very modern and lives like your own upscale home. Rooms are oversized by beach standards, and are full of upgrades including granite counters, new cabinets, and a completely redone master bath - you will be proud to have guests visit. The oversize deck is perfect for entertaining. We really enjoyed our stay, and Robert and Patty were a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend Surfrider Villa.
