Due to exceptional demand this our third apartment in the same development. This is a seventh floor apartment in the heart of London in Westminster near the Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. It is 900 square ft with picturesque views of the Old London. Newly developed on the Bank of River Thames with the latest facilities. For convenience, safety and security, there is a 24 hour concierge. It also provides a secure underground car park for a car.
The Apartment is tastefully decorated to corporate standards. It comprises of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. First bed room has a King Bed and integrated ward robe. Second bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed. We can arrange for a cot/crib for the baby/toddler. It has two bathrooms one of which is ensuite with shower and the second is with a bath and shower. The lounge has two double sofas, computer table and dining area. It has an open plan integrated kitchen with all the modern imaginable facilities. Houses of Parliament and the Big Ben Can be seen from both bedrooms and the lounge.
We provide a latest computer. Computer is connected to High speed internet 24/7. Wireless internet access is available also for personal notebooks. Also available is digital TV on a 30" Home Entertainment system. DVD player is part of the system. We have a phone line and upon request we can also give a pair of mobile phones at no extra cost. Included in the price are towels & linen. All the cutlery and utensils are provided too.
The location is ideal both for the tourist and corporate visitors. All the major tourist attractions are a stone throw from the apartment. The Tate Gallery is just opposite the apartment building. Downing Street, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden, London Eye, all but just a few attractions which are within 5-25 minutes walking distance. Shopping area, Oxford Street, Regent Street, Bond Street, etc., are just 1 mile away. Financial district and the City of London are 2.5 miles. All political offices and Victoria offices are 1/2 mile. 2 underground stations for travelling in London, are nearby and Waterloo International is just 1/2 a mile.
There is a convenience store in the building, also, a 5 star hotel (Riverbank Park Plaza) is next to the development. You can check their web site through google to compare how much you are saving for almost the same service. It also helps to cater for some of the food, entertainment and physical fitness needs.
