It's been called "my getaway retreat" and "our home-away-from-home". The Beach Front condominiums are located on the gulf side, within steps to the sugar-white sandy beach of Gulf Shores and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico waters. This unit is located on the second floor and features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Sorry....no pets are allowed and it is a non-smoking unit.

This cozy unit offers queen-size beds in both bedrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and linens are provided. It has a washer & dryer, and reserved parking for (2) two vehicles below the unit. Relax in comfort with views of the gorgeous beaches & gulf waters from the common balcony. Watching the beautiful sunsets from our NEW gazebo is a must!! We don't offer some of the amenities of a highrise (no pool or elevator), but this clean unit at an affordable rate offers Relaxation that is PRICELESS!!

  • This condo is what I would consider a "best kept secret"! Wow! Very, Very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Nice area and beautiful beach just steps away! The gazebo is a wonderful place to relax and everyone staying in the other condos were so friendly and helpful! We will DEFINITELY be back to stay at Ms Rosanne's place next year!!

  • I have never stayed in Gulf Shores, Alabama before because I wasn't sure how the beaches would be. I had to go for a wedding and to my surprise the beaches were crystal clear. And also we rented the condo from Ms. Rosanne which was everything you could ask for. It's just steps from the beach. It is so clean! I have never stayed in a place that was as clean as this condo. If you rent it, you will love it and want to go back. We will be back time after time. Thanks so much, Ms. Rosanne, it was wonderful.

  • This was a wonderfully cozy, comfortable, clean place to stay for such a reasonable rate, we will definitely be back. Alao, very well furnished kitchen. Access to the beach was very convenient. Only drawback is there is no swimming pool which did not matter to us at all, but may matter to parents of small children. We have been going to the beach every year for as long as I can remember and we will definitely make it a point to stay here again.
