The fine apartment, newly refurbished, it is on the fourth floor of a well kept block with lift and porter and comprises a large living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a bath room and a spacious and modern double bedroom.

The block is situated within a wonderful and large garden, reserved to the building inhabitants; the garden (or better the gardens)is an oasis of quiet, where there are green laws, flowers and plants, trees and benches; sometimes you can see the squirrels playing or the birds on the bushes.
