Our Condo is on the beach and adjacent to the famous Pedestrian Walkway (5th Avenue)which has more shopping, dining, entertainment and night life than you can possibly imagine (all within walking distance of our magnificently maintained condominium. We are next door to the ferry that transports locals and tourist to the Island of Cozumel, famous for its snorkeling and scuba diving.
Our front desk will assist you in planning trips to Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Tres Rios, the Ruins in Tulum, Coba or Chichenitza or dozens of other action packed sight-seeing adventures. Our condo is continuously updated and refurbished so that it is in like new condition when you arrive. We provide maid service a minimum of three times per week and can provide daily service on request.

- Off Street Parking: We have plenty of parking with security but please consider this. Driving in playa is dangerous and expensive to park. You are within walking distance of everything you need and get there more quickly walking than you do driving, finding a place to park, etc. Taxi's are very inexpensive. Ask the price before you get in the cab.

When you want action and night life you walk 100 yards out our lobby onto the Pedestrian Walkway where there are more restaurants, clubs, shops, etc. than you could visit in a year.
