Absolutely the finest location in Playa del Carmen. Our Condo is on the beach and adjacent to the famous Pedestrian Walkway (5th Avenue)which has more shopping, dining, entertainment and night life than you can possibly imagine (all within walking distance of our magnificently maintained condominium. We are next door to the ferry that transports locals and tourist to the Island of Cozumel, famous for its snorkeling and scuba diving.

Our front desk will assist you in planning trips to Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Tres Rios, the Ruins in Tulum, Coba or Chichenitza or dozens of other action packed sight-seeing adventures. Our condo is continuously updated and refurbished so that it is in like new condition when you arrive. We provide maid service a minimum of three times per week and can provide daily service on request.

Whether you are coming to Playa for a week of rest and rejuvenation or a week of excitement and action, we are the ideal location for you. References from dozens of previous renters from all over the world available upon request.

Driving in playa is dangerous and expensive to park. You are within walking distance of everything you need and get there more quickly walking than you do driving, finding a place to park, etc. Taxi's are very inexpensive. Ask the price before you get in the cab.
Beds	King Bed Queen Bed Twin/Single Bed Murphy Bed: This bed has a deluxe postupedic hotel bed and is as comfortable as every other bed in the condo unit. We converted the third bedroom to double entertainment area in living room during daytime activities. At night the bed comes down and the room partitions off with a floor to ceiling curtain. You will love the added benefits of this conversion arrangement. Crib: Cribs available upon request
