My house is in Fregene, the most elegant seaside of Rome, where all important roman families go in the summer, full of services and very green with enchanting places where concrete did not arrived yet, the street along the sea is still “wild” where you can go by bike, safe area only 30 minutes from Rome, connected by train or bus passing out of the house. The difference with Ostia is that Ostia is more like a city with high buildings, a bit difficult by bike, while Fregene is really a place to rest and stay in the nature.
My house is a small villa in a close compound of villas with a big common garden , address is via cesenatico 157. It is my house and I decorated it really nice as I never rented it before.
If you rent a car there is private parking outside the house inside the compound. You can use my bikes.
Fiumicino airport is at 15 minutes connected by bus passing out of the house or connected by taxi. I can organize pick up for you.
I am sure you would have a beautiful time there, I can also organize transfer from there to Rome when you want to visit it.

Garden is delicious in spring and summer, to rest for a drink after a touristic day or after a bath in the sea! Or to have a romantic dinner! House is warm, decorated like a home! Windows facing on private garden. Very well equipped kitchen, air conditioned in bedroom. Good heating plant.
