This simple but adorable cottage provides perhaps the most affordable venue for enjoying the in town excitement of downtown Stonington, while also providing a peaceful, natural setting. Located at the “beginning of the downtown area”, the home backs to a forested setting, while ocean views/glimpses are enjoyed from the wrap around deck. Doors from the 3 sided wrap around deck open in to the living room and dining room (w/ wood-stove), and to the large, eat-in, spacious country kitchen. Upstairs is a den (full sized futon, chair and tv), opening to the master bedroom (queen).
You cannot beat the combined affordability and location of this charming cottage, and the wrap around deck is fully inviting!!! While the home sleeps 4, the owners are agreeable to guest who wish to bring air mattresses or sleeping bags for 2 additional guests!! Pet friendly, too!!!
