Quiet nature: In a woodsy neighborhood, our home is just a short walk from the birds and wildlife of Boat Meadow Marsh and hiking in a woodlands preserve.
Close to beaches: Bay side beaches are a ten minute bike ride or five minute car ride away; ocean beaches (including the renowned Coast Guard Beach) are also just a few minutes away; fresh water ponds like Eastham's Herring or Great Ponds are also within ten minutes by bike; finally Nauset Bay and the Town boat ramp are just two minutes away by car or a short walk.

Rental weeks run from Saturday, 4 pm to Saturday, 10 am.
Deposits: A refundable deposit of $250 for damage and excess cleaning is required.
In addition, half the rental amount is also required as a deposit at the time of
booking.
