Owner has lived in South America so there are many interesting artifacts from indigenous artisans. Beautiful Brazilian cherry hardwood floors throughout the entire house. Soaring 28 foot ceilings in the Great Room with balcony above living room creates incredible openness for superb entertaining. French doors reach out to a wrap around porch that overlooks the expansive lawn for outdoor fun. Private outdoor shower is available for after swim. Beautiful outside plantings surround the porch.
First floor features two bedrooms and one full bath with beautiful tiles. Dining room has Mexican table that seats ten. Dining Room opens up to sunny screened in porch. Modern kitchen has built-in charming sofa to share conversation with the cook and large butcher block center to help the cook! Second floor has two bedrooms also and two full baths. Laundry room with tiled floors is located upstairs.
