Location, Location, Location. Nestled in the quiet corner of Waikiki, Diamond Head Vista is one of the most sought after and desirable condos to live. You are inspired immediately as you walk into this luxury condo high atop the 35th floor. Amazing views of Diamond Head Crater, Honolulu Zoo, Kapioloni Park and the ocean make it hard to leave, and a joy to wake up to.
This remolded unit offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 lanais with breathtaking views. The master bedroom is equiped with its own bathroom and private lanai, that has sliding widows that allows fresh ocean breeze to fill the room. Both bedrooms have fantastic views and the second bedroom has a pull out sofa bed, so you have the option of folding the bed up to add more living space, or down if a second bedroom is required. The main lanai looks directly into the Honolulu Zoo and you can watch the animals, the surfers or the Friday afternoon sailboat races, magestic sunsets, all while you dine! The different shades of blue along the coral reef are a must see.
Diamond Head Vista is mostly owner occupied and guests must rent for at least one month. Many Waikiki condos rent on a weekly basis and it can make for a busy building with lots of traffic. Diamond Head Vista is just the opposite as it offers a quiet and intimate setting, with 24 hr security, a resident manager, gated garage with one designated parking spot and pleanty of guest parking. The building is situated where there is no traffic and it makes it very easy to get in, or out of the garage.
