Brand new 2100 Square Ft Townhouse, beautifully decorated with a taste of Beach Cottage Theme to your favorite Tropical Island and all the comforts of home. This will be a vacation you will never forget. Located 1 block from the beach with an oceanview, 10 minutes from the famous boardwalk and a 10 minute drive to Cape May.
Entering from the first floor, which has all hardwood floors throughout, a cozy Beach Cottage Living Room with a queen size pull out sofa, TV/DVD player. Powder Room for you convenience, spacious Family Room with fireplace, TV/DVD player. Luxurious kitchen is fully equipped with all the upgrades. Stainless Steel Appliances along with Granite countertops with a Breakfast Bar that seats 4 and a comfortable Dining area that seats 8. For your enjoyment, we have a front porch and 2 decks fully furnished. We also have a 1 car garage with extra parking on the driveway. Enclosed outside shower is in the rear of the townhome.
Sleeping accomodations is all on the second floor fully carpeted with Cathedral Ceilings. Three (3) of the bedrooms have queens size beds. One (1) bedroom has a Bunk/Futon Bed that sleeps three (3). Three (3) of the bedrooms are equipped with TV's and DVD players.
There are 3 full baths, 1 hall bath, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the master bedroom with dual showers with power jets. Kick back and relax in our jacuzzi/whirlpool which is located in the master bath. We provide books, magazines, games and DVD's.
