This private setting includes three beautiful cozy houses. All three houses are located side by side in the woods (3 miles from where you can dock your boat) with 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms total, these are called the "HUNT HOUSES". Located 20 minutes past Brainerd on the border of Pequot Lakes and Breezy Point. This is a very private 50 acre setting (like your own private resort).
The hunt houses have been totally remodeled, everything is new in them including the appliances, furniture and beds. Two of the houses have 3 bedrooms, the other house has two bedrooms, all three have kitchens, carpeting and hardwood floors. The main 3 bedroom house has a pool-table, ping pong table, fireplace and a beautiful outdoor firepit setting for gatherings.
These houses are not on the lake however you'd have lake access.
The Hunt Houses sleep 16 total if all the beds have two people in them. The main house has 1 king, 1 queen, & 1 bunk bed, the 2nd house has two queens and the 3rd house has three queens.
This setting is like having your own private resort plus you're only 2 miles from Breezy Point Resort's amenities (2 beaches, 2 golf courses, restaurant, marina etc.), along with several places to go out to dinner, wellness spa, 5 golf courses total, a grocery store, plus great shopping just a couple miles away.
For November's hunting season, enjoy hunting in the 50 acres of deep forest at the HUNT HOUSES!!!

Tania,Just want to let you know how much we enjoyed our week at Breezy Point. The house worked out great – the layout was just perfect for everyone. The fire pit was really a hit with the firebugs in our group. Sounds like we have a few more family members who may tag along with us next time! Tania, Again, I'd like to tell you how much we enjoyed house. We have a family reunion every couple years for which we've rented houses or stayed in large family homes, for a week at a time, in various areas of the United States. When we get together, there are 16 of us... so this 8 bedroom home was ideal. We've sometimes had some of the younger ones sleeping on couches or air beds. They were happy to all have beds! Thanks again for a great week!

Hi Tania, Thanks again for letting us rent the new 8 bedroom house last weekend, everyone absolutely loved the house! I thought we had everything we needed, it was really stocked up well! The shuttle bus was very nice for transportation to the bars and the neighbors around the golf course were a blast!

Hi Tania, We want to Thank You for all the wonderful help for all of us booking your rental property. As you know we had people joining us from England, Manitoba & Alberta and we are grateful for your patience & great communication throughout our organizing our get together at your rental property. We were all very impressed with the accomodations and found that your rental property was perfectly suitable for us. As you know our group came together for a memorial and your home & cottage that we rented was ideal for all of us in giving us seclusion, privacy, wonderful space and allowed for all of to relax and enjoy our time there, considering the circumstances of our get together. I must say that we were very impressed with your recommendations on the Paul Bunyan Trail. We packed our bikes with us and three of us biked from Pequot Lakes to Brainerd. It was the best trail we have ever been on for relaxing and for view. Wish we had more time to do more of the trail the other way, but 25 miles was perfect for us. By the way, the trail is paved all the way and plenty of rest stops to take in, we especially like Nisswa (spelling?). We also took in the shopping in Pequot Lake and we found your location perfect for us between Breezy Point & Pequot Lake. Our week at your place allowed for all of us to have get togethers with our local relatives. The children enjoyed the pool table & ping pong. Almost every night we unwound with the wonderful jacuzzi. Most of all we love the scenery, peaceful mornings, wildlife of birds, deer, etc. Wish we could have stayed longer.
