This luxurious condo is every bit as good as it looks in the photos and more. Everything is there for your ease and comfort. We arrived after driving 1,000 miles in 10 days and were exhausted. The minute we walked into the condo, we were met with a breathtaking view of Banderas Bay out the front windows. Two of the three bedrooms and the living room all face the water so you are surrounded by the sound of the waves on the beach below. We walked the beach at low tide for hours, stopped by small beach side cafes for a snack or drink and got more and more relaxed each day. I can't imagine staying at the Four Seasons when this is less than a mile away, more private and has all the amenities one could ever need. A great stay. We'll be back again and again!

Our family stayed at Caren's condo in December 2012. We considered staying at the Four Seasons or the St Regis, and we visited those resorts to see what we missed - and we are happy that we stayed at the condo. It has an awesome lap pool, a fabulous beach and it's a 10 minute walk into the little town. The local Mexican restauranteurs, surfing instructors and the boat captains for fishing or snorkeling at the islands, were friendly, funny, competent and charming. In town, we met a terrific local surf guide and boat operator, Oso Negro (Black Bear), and he helped us find good snorkeling, surfing, paddleboard and fishing activities. We also went over to Sayulita area, 20 minute drive away and went horseback riding on the beaches, in the jungle and rode through the downtown of Sayulita - with great horses and a competent guide. The Condo was super luxury - great air conditioning when you need it - but the weather allowed us to just open the patio doors to the deck. The kitchen and bathrooms are nicer than our house. Excellent wifi and lots of English channels on the TV (mostly from Canada for some reason). We'll go back - it was a great place to relax and vacation.

We loved this place. Spacious, nice kitchen, beautiful view. Clean and comfortable. Very well equipped. The beach in front is sand and very swimmable. There are tide pools nearby. The pool is a beautiful full length lap pool. It's a short walk to town, with plenty of good restaurants. We swam and sailed and hiked and kayaked. Lot's of fun. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is even better than the pictures! There were 7 in our group and there was plenty of space for everyone. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and the little town is sweet and welcoming. The restaurant right across the street is wonderful! It was all women and we felt very safe and at home here. The condo opens up wonderfully to the ocean, and has fabulous light, air and view. I already miss waking up there. For a relaxing beach vacation I honestly can not recommend this highly enough. The beds and linens are extremely comfortable, the kitchen is great to cook in and the infinity pool was perfect. I would go back in a heartbeat.

This was one of our best vacation rentals ever. The property is superb - accommodations, comfort, cleanliness, amenities, location, views, booking. The living room photos don't do it justice - this does not feel like a rental - it is elegant, warm and comfortable - the owners clearly take pride in keeping this place in excellent condition. It is close to everything you'd want - restaurants, groceries, bus to other towns/day trips like Puerto Vallarta, La Cruz and Sayulita - but has a calm serene relaxing location. We still dream about waking up to the views - and eating breakfast on the balcony to the sound and view of the crashing waves. I will definitely return.

This is by far the best vacation rental experience I've had. The location is gorgeous and not overcrowded. The condo was immaculate with great amenities, and the owner was very accommodating of all our needs. An altogether excellent, fun, and memorable experience.

We stayed at this fabulous condo for a week and left so relaxed and happy! The condo has fantastic views of the ocean from almost every room. Staying right on the beach made this a great spot and allowed balcony sunsets to be a nightly occurrence. The condo is very comfortable, roomy, and attractively decorated (granite tiles and Mexican furnishings). The beds were very cozy and the kitchen was spacious. We spent most of our time in the infinity pool overlooking the beach, which was a perfect temperature for swimming and we enjoyed many sunsets from the hot tub. We also enjoyed combing the miles of beach, which we practically had to ourselves! Our kids spent most of their time surfing at La lancha, which was about a 20-minute walk down the beach. They caught some great waves. We rented boards for a very reasonable price from one of the two surf shops in town. My wife is just learning to surf and we spent our time right in front of the condo, which is a nice beginner wave. We also had a great fishing/snorkel trip to the Mariettas Islands for snorkeling. My wife had a couple in-room massages from Kemi, a masseuse who lives across the street. We cooked about half the time and the other half we went to Se Como no and some other delicious local spots. There was everything from 50-cent tacos to classy healthy style Mexican in outdoor garden seating. The local property manager who greeted us was both very helpful with our plans and local information. This is a great condo with a wonderful vibe, in a great location. We are definitely going back!

This is not a tradicional rent condo. The generosity of their owners make holydays a very great experience. We foud coffee, spices and pure water in the kitchen. The ocean direct view from the deck until the Marieta Islands and the front shore of Bahia de Banderas is splendid. The administrators make really efforts to keep you happy. Enough towels, and blankets. We would like to go back. We spent 7 days, before and after New Year there. Swimming pool is clean and jacuzzi in wonderful temperature.

We stayed here for 10 days over Christmas and loved it! The condo is big, beautifully appointed and the ocean views and sound of the surf permeate every moment. We enjoyed all day sunshine from the deck... sunrise to sunset! Best of all is the condo's location near a charming and authentic Mexican fishing village with all the services, restaurants and convenience within walking distance. Much more fun and interesting than the Four Seasons! We bought fresh Mexican coffee at the local Saturday market, brewed it in the condo and enjoyed on the deck every morning. If you go, be sure to check out Playa la Lancha (3 km) a beautiful beach with great surfing without the crowds of Sayulita.
