Everything for a Perfect vacation awaits in our 5 bedroom home 100 yards from the Ocean with a 30 foot Private Pool nestled in Lush semitropical serenity on world class Palmetto Dunes Resort.
3 miles of Private Beach, poolside Golf Putting Green, WIfi, Flat Screen TV, decorated with gracious Southern Bed and Breakfast charm.
Relax in the spacious Vaulted Family Room Our home is freshly redcorated with new wood flooring in the entire upstairs. The family room includes a new flat screen TV and a pull out couch. The dining room seats 8 with an adjoining breakfast room seating 6. We have a large 20 foot, well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms include the Charleston Summerville master suite with a king bed and private bath with furniture quality granite sinks. The Augusta Room has a queen bed and shares a bath with the Nautical Room which has two twin beds. Completing the downstairs is a half bath with granite sink convenient to the pool area and a sitting area with a Charleston mural. Upstairs is the Hemmingway Room with a queen bed and sleeping cupboard which is a youth bed in a closet. The fifth bedroom is the Lighthouse Keepers Cottage featuring twin beds. Completing the upstairs is a full bath.
The 30' pool and Spa is very private and lushly landscaped. A short walk across a wooded lot brings you to the beachfront home and private beach.
Pool and or Spa can be heated for an additional fee. These are "Owner Direct" rates!

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Our family vacationed in Hilton Head and rented homes in Palmetto Dunes for about 6 years before we purchased 18 Mooring Buoy. We found the area to be an ideal vacation spot for families especially with children and/or grandchildren. This location is private yet within walking distance to world class golf course, world class tennis facility and much more.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The ocean, private pool and spa are magnets for all. We enjoy bike rides throughout Palmetto Dunes, boating on the lagoons, tennis, grilling outside and dining in our favorite restaurants.
