This was a great experience! The condo is super easy to get to and it is walking distance to the beach (maybe 1-2 blocks). Easy parking and nice, free BBQ's at the tennis court for cooking your food. Central in Kihei so it is easy to get anywhere in the small beach town. It had a great view from the lanai. The beach chairs that were added to the condo were perfect, and we used them every day. The condo was VERY quiet. I think the only thing that could be a downside is that the curtains in the bedroom dont block out the sunlight so you get woken up pretty early. We were already on Pacific time and it is best to get to the beaches and surfing early so it was not a problem for us. Overall I hope to stay here again, many times and cant wait to get back!

My husband and I stayed here from January 12-25, 2012 and had a great experience. The photos of the condo were exact and what we expected. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It had nice, new tile flooring and clean carpet in the bedroom. We had family staying in another unit in the complex and our unit was MUCH nicer. You could tell that the owners really care about their condo. It had all the dishes and cooking items needed and also had everything you would need to go to the beach. The only thing that would have made this condo even better, was if there was a tea kettle. The beach was right across the street, with easy access. The pools were very nice and the grounds were well-manicured and beautiful. I loved sitting on the lanai (which overlooked the pool) but had an ocean view. You could see the whales in the distance. Thanks for renting out your condo! I would definately recommend this unit to anyone. The management company, Paradise Vacations, is also great to deal with! They help you with everything. Thanks again!

Two of us spent ten wonderful days in this beautifully decorated and well equipped condo. The new kitchen and tile floors are nice. There is a good use of mirrors making the suite feel spacious. We appreciated the beach toys but found the chairs heavy and would have preferred small beach chairs. The unit is the upper rear building about 5 minute walk through the grounds to a wonderful beach across the road. The higher location was very welcome during the March11 tsunami following the Japan earthquake. We were not evacuated when most other visitors drove to higher ground and spent the night in their cars. The location is ideal within walking distance to Foodland, shops and restaurants and on the bus line. We enjoyed the pool which is small but not crowded. Barbecue tools would have been welcome. End the day on the [small] lanai watching the beautiful sunset. Mahalo

What a great location! Really liked the pools, close-by beaches and the handy shops and eateries. Great meals at Moose's and the Five Palms. Beauiful luau at the Marriott. Lots of turtles and fish to see at Ulua beach. We had a great time and want to stay longer next time. Thanks and Mahalo!
