This was our first trip to Maui and we had an amazing vacation! The condo was in a great location; literally on the ocean, walking distance to the beach and downtown Lahaina, close to shops, restaurants and the grocery store. The weather was amazing and the sunsets were even better! Kerry provided us with great suggestions for restaurants and things to do. The Lahaina Luau is a must! The condo was very clean and included everything we needed!

THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY BAD ABOUT THIS CONDO IS THAT I CAN'T LIVE THERE YEAR-A-ROUND! THE CONDO, SIMPLY STATED, IS ONE GREAT PLACE. YOU CAN GO UP AND DOWN ANY LIST OF "WANTS," AND THIS PLACE WILL NOT DISAPPOINT YOU: LOCATION, CLEANLINESS, LAYOUT, FURNITURE AND FURNISHINGS. THE CONDO HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO MAKE YOUR STAY ON MAUI A MEMORABLE ONE. THIS RENTER WILL CERTAINLY GO BACK FOR MORE!!!!!!!

I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your condo in Lahaina. We certainly enjoyed being in Maui. We used the Murphy bed (mostly) and really enjoyed listening to the waves. We enjoyed the ever changing comings and goings of the boats, breakfast on the lanai every morning, the amazing sunsets and even the moon in the early morning and of course the Turtles. Quite a place and not soon forgotten Everything in your condo was as promised and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We had rented a car and parking was easy at the condo. We also walked to the Cannery several times. We hope to return soon!

We decided to spend our 25th anniversary in Hawaii...Lahaina Roads was the perfect choice. Great location, clean, great sunset view from deck, close to town, kitchen fully stocked, comfortable beds are a few of the amenities we enjoyed. We also enjoyed daily walks or runs to town, Old Lahaina Luau and exploring the many beaches in the area. We hope to return again sometime!

Wow! This condo is absolutely fabulous. We arrived the day after we got married and was absolutely perfect for our 10 night stay. We used a shuttle drop off service and everybody on the shuttle was oohing and ahhing of how our condo was right on the ocean and very near Lahaina. The properly is beautiful and the condo is amazing with wonderful ocean views. While in the condo, we spent the majority of our time in the living room/kitchen areas as there is a murphy bed that comes out of the wall. We fell asleep watching the ocean and hearing the waves crashing. The back bedroom room was used for our luggage and hanging our clothes. There is also a washer/dryer that is useful for washing clothes after snorkeling. We spent many mornings on the lanai just relaxing while eating breakfast. The turtles were very fun to watch! The pool is beautiful as well and has a very nice gas grill. Grilling with the ocean crashing right next to you is an experience we cannot describe. Our shoulders were down at least a foot. It was really nice to have a full kitchen so we could do a mix of making our own food as well as eating out. Location is perfect. We did not have a car and walked everywhere. Lahaina downtown is about a mile away. We found a sweet snorkeling spot called “Baby Beach” that was nice and calm. The grocery store and other essentials are literally a few blocks away. One of the best moments for us was attending the Lahaina Luau and everybody was amazed with the views. People asked us where we were staying and we just pointed at our condo complex a few blocks away on the ocean ? Kerry was wonderful and helped us with all of our questions from beginning to end. She definitely knows the ins and outs of Maui and places to see. The best show she recommended was Warren & Annabelle’s magic show. I am so glad we went as it was one of the most enjoyable nights in Maui for us! Mixed Plate for food was really good too and has a nice happy hour. Our cleaning deposit was also returned very quickly. We cannot wait to come back and stay again at Kerry’s condo. It is a little slice of heaven that she shares with all of us. Mahalo! Joe and Leeza

We needed to get away for a few weeks and just relax. This was the spot. We walked the four mile loop in to town every morning and then sat by the pool and read and watched the sea critters for the rest of the day. The sun sets were terrific as we sat on the lanai and had a glass of wine. The unit is well equipped and very clean. The grounds of the complex are very well maintained and the manager is top notch. We slept on the Murphy bed in the living room so we could listen to the surf. Kerry was excellent to deal with. She gave us all the necessary instructions so we felt at home the moment we walked in to the unit. The Safeway just down the street was very handy. There are some very good restaurants nearby - our favourite was the Lahaina Grill. We would definitely go back.

The condo is very nice. We have stayed at this condo facility before and enjoy the location. We appreciate being able to walk to the grocery store and to one of our favorite restaurants/bar, Aloha Mixed Plates. It's a great place to run/walk first thing in the morning (4 miles round trip to 505 Front street and back). The Condo has everything you could possibly want. The kitchen is better equipped than our own, and there's a nice selection of books and music. The beach chairs made hanging out on the sands much more enjoyable. Kerry was so easy to work with. She was quick to respond and had wonderful recommendations on where to go and what to do. Even though this was our 8th trip to the island, she came up with a few things we hadn't tried. We found having breakfast on the Lani was a great way to start our days. The grounds are in better shape than the last time we stayed here, I believe this to be true because of the new facility Manager Jim (new since we stayed here last). He does a great job. If I had to think of one thing I wished the condo had, it would be air conditioning, there are plenty of fans to use though. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Kerry.

Aloha! Thank you so much for the opportunity to relax in your condo for the week. The view from your lanai was incredible and whale watching was a favorite past time. All of the comforts of home were available. We had a late dinner at Mala on our first night at Lahaina, it was awesome! We snorkeled off the Hula Girl and like it so much we went on a sunset cruise as well. The Old Lahaina Luau was a great experience. The pool was refreshing and the sunsets breathtaking. The ease of getting to town was a bonus. Mahalo! Pat & Jane

We stayed here in January, 2011. We found the location of the unit to be very convenient, with Safeway grocery store and Long's drugstore a couple blocks away. The walk to town is an easy 25 minute walk and we enjoyed the many art galleries and then going for a drink or two! The unit was clean and the pictures displayed on this website were realistic. Like many others, we slept on the murphy bed and listened to the waves at night. We loved the size of the shower; all of the equipment and dishes in the kitchen were great; the use of laundry right in the unit was a delight, and sitting on the lanai with a drink and a book in hand was very relaxing! We bought a pair of $15 binoculars from Long's Drugstore and enjoyed watching the whales out front from the lanai. The pool and grounds are well maintained, and the caretaker keeps a watchful eye on the property. Being a snorkeler, you can snorkel right out front but the route to get out through the reef in front of the unit is a bit deceptive. Talk to the caretaker and he'll show you the hidden passage out. It is well worth it as the coral, fish, and the number of turtles swimming about and hiding under the coral ledges were incredible! I swam with 5 turtles around me, and I had the reef all to myself! We will be recommending Kerry and Bill's place to our friends and hope to return!

Aloha Kerry & Bill, We totally enjoyed your wonderful oceanfront condo. Turtle & Whale watching from the lani is a fantastic way to start & end a day. Everything is perfect, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The murphy bed was my favorite place to sleep. To hear the ocean 24-7 is Heaven! The location is great. Walk to shopping center, speciality shops, ocean front dining, Old Lahaina Luau, the town of Lahaina & harbor. You just can not ask for anything better! Mahalo Nui Loa, Donna & Pat

We stayed here for 2 weeks for our honeymoon. We had the time our lives! We fell asleep every night on the Murphy bed listening to the waves and woke up to beautiful sunrises and turtles swimming by. We rented a car and spent our days exploring beaches all over Maui, but loved coming "home" to such a gorgeous retreat. Our evenings were spent cooking or BBQ-ing dinners and eating on the lanai watching the sunset. We would recommend Kerry and Bill's place to anyone. We couldn't have imagined a more relaxing and fun vacation! Can't wait to come back for every anniversary.

Aloha Kerry & Bill! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your very nice and cozy condo, where anything that we could ask for was available, including a little ice chest that was used on the "Road to Hana"! The view from your lanai & livingroom was to die for ... the sight, sound and smell of the ocean brought back so many memories of my childhood. Although the king-sized bed was very comfy, we slept in the murphy bed where we enjoyed the sounds of the waves and fantastic views of sunrise and sunsets. Your very well-equipped kitchen can cook for & accommodate a big party, but we tried some of your highly-recommended restaurants & shows and were delighted. We had a late dinner at Aloha Mixed Plate on our first night at Lahaina and had fun down the street at the Old Lahaina Luau where the food & presentation were great. Leonard's Seafood Cioppino & my Lobster-stuffed Mahi-Mahi were delicious, the ocean view plus excellent service & ambiance were also nice at Kimos. On the way back to the parking lot we discovered the famous "Ululani Snow Cones" in between those little shops so we sat in a little bench by the beach and had snow cones for dessert! We strolled and swam at Kaanapali Beach, shopped at Whaler's Village (enjoyed lunch at Leilani's) and down the street at Cannery Mall where we also had lunch at Lulu's Bar & Grill. I could go on and on about our wonderful trip to Maui but nothing could top our amazing experience in your "little slice of paradise" in Lahaina. We've stayed in a lot of beautiful places but your condo is by far the best! Thank you for making our 40th anniversary very special and very memorable, Kerry & Bill. We hope and can't wait to be back there soon! Mahalo ... Leonard & Cynthia

My husband and I stayed for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was PERFECT! The condo had everything we needed and more; we felt extremely comfortable there. We went snorkeling in a few different place but there was none better then right behind the condo. The view from the lanai was breathtaking, watching the turtles early morning and evening was great. The short walk into Lahaina was great as parking is so limited. If we ever make it back to Maui we would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to family and friends. Thanks Kerry!

Lahaina Roads IS a great location - the view is everything Kerry described. You feel like you are in the ocean, the sea turtles are amazing, my husband surfs and said it was an aquarium.....! everything is convenient, Canoes Restaurant has a great happy hour w/ap specials, but Kerry's Kitchen is full size and well equipped! The property is well maintained the manager, Jim, was a non-stop worker - Kerry has lots of friendly info to provide - we were happy and fortunate to experience a quaint non-touristy spot - Lahaina Roads!

My fiance and I stayed at Kerry's condo and it was absolutely perfect. It was his first time to Maui and he just couldn't get over the amazing view of Lahaina Harbor from the balcony. It was the perfect distance to walk to the night life in Lahaina and so convenient to be right next to the market. The condo had everything we needed to explore the coast, enjoy the beach, and make a great meal. We slept on the murphy bed in the living room and listened to the waves at night. It was one of the best trips we have ever taken and will most definitely rent Kerry's condo again. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like home away from home. We just got back and already miss being there.

The pictures say it all - a very accurate representation. We weren't disappointed. The location is excellent, convenient to grocery, drug store, shopping mall, restaurants. Old Lahaina Town is historic and a hub of activity. No beach, but fantastic beaches nearby (drive or bike). Worked for us! Fell asleep every night to the sound of the surf, and nice ocean breezes - wonderful! Condo neighbors were friendly.

We loved our stay at Lahaina Roads. The condo is immaculate and fully equiped with everything you would ever need. We loved how close it was to Old Lahaina Town and it's shopping and dining. Our friends stayed at the Royal Lahaina in the Kaanapali Beach Resort and they were so envious of our view and how close we were to the water, there room over looked the parking lot. We would stay here again without hesitation!

We had a great 2 weeks at the beginning of January. This condo is clean and neat and so-o-o-o... close to everything - all within walking distance - Lahaina town, Cannery Mall and even Ka'anapali. Being right on the ocean, there were no obstructions to tanning - such a contrast to the white stuff at home!! We would recommend this vacation spot to one and all.

What a wonderful week we had at Lahaina Roads. This was our first experience with VRBO and we loved it. We slept on the comfortable murphy bed with the ocean roaring in our ears. We enjoyed walking to Safeway, Starbucks, the Malo Tavern and Canoe's for happy hour drinks and sushi. We enjoyed watching the manager, Mike, decorate the tropical plants with Christmas lights. He does a marvelous job of keeping the grounds in lovely shape. We recommend B.J.s (or B.C.'s?) for Chicago stlye pizza, the Malo Tavern, the Lahaina Grill, and Chez Paul (where we ate 25 years ago. All were wonderful. We enjoyed the Gazebo out in Kapalula for a good breakfast with marvelous views. A lovely spot to which we hope to return.

Often when you read the hype about a location or rental unit, the reality never lives up to the billing. This is not true here. The location truly is wonderful. The sunset views are breathtaking, you can snorkel with sea turtles right off the property and the location is convenient for getting around Maui. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. My girlfriend and I went for a romantic week, but it is equally suitable for 4 people or a small family (there is a Murphy bed in the living room). The owners are willing and available to help with whatever needs you might have. Please feel free to e-mail me with additional questions. An added unadvertised bonus is that there is free wi-fi access for those of us who cannot leave our work at home. I will definitely return for whale-watching in the winter. Enjoy your stay!

The views where breathtaking, it has ALL the amenities of your own home, it's very close to the grocery store, and right on the water!! We saw turtles and rays right from the deck while enjoying or fresh Maui coffee and fruit every morning. It is conveniently located just a couple short minutes from all the restaurants and shops on Front Street. Plus the dive/snorkel shop right behind the Safeway on Front Street is a great place to rent gear. I had an absolutely amazing time at this condo and would recommend it to everyone!!! This is paradise. The waves serenaded us to sleep every night, the views are incredible, and the "city stress" melted away as we enjoyed the lanai for our Aloha celebration. The opportunities to relax abound as this condo is conveniently just a 5 minute walk from a shopping center that offers all of your necessities. Most mornings I found myself out on the lanai munching on fresh produce and drinking my tea as the sailors, fishing boats, and sea life cruised by. One day when I am again financially able to return to paradise, this is where I will stay. Mahalo.

Yes, the views are great and the whales put on a great show, but the room has everything anyone could want or need. Consider this your home away from home. There is nothing that one could want for--the condo has it all. The location is perfect.Every morning you wake up to the sound of the waves splashing against the seawall and you observe the sea turtles seeking food in the ocean before you. Many humpback whales are breaching right out in front of the lanai! One is able to walk to the town of Lahaina(with good walking shoes on)- spend the day at any of the beaches or just spend your time at the heated pool! We loved it and it was the first vacation ever that my husband did not want to leave. We will be back!!!

Nice location close to Lahaina, no beach but a great ocean front pool (it's rare to find an ocean front pool). Condo is well-equipped, bedroom is in the back and on a main road but not noisy at night. The pull-out bed in the living room is a great place to fall asleep to ocean sounds and the lanai is perfect for cocktails at sunset. The building is quiet, it seems there are mostly full time residents - not a resort atmosphere.

Aloha! After staying in your condo from 12/22/06-1/1/07, we can't stop talking about it and we just reserved it for 2 weeks for our Honeymoon! We have stayed in many different condos in Hawaii and around the world, and this is by far our favorite. So close to the fun shops and restaurants in Lahaina, but still quiet, relaxing and romantic, this place is perfect! We loved the decor, very comfortable, clean, and "Hawaii-Chic". So many little details (Hawaiian CDs, great books and games, etc) all made this condo feel like home. Our favorite part was sitting on the lanai with a mai tai, enjoying the incredible sunsets! We can't wait to come back.
