We had more than enough space for five couples to enjoy. Everything was as good as or better than described and what is in the pictures.

The house was absoultly perfect for 2 families with 5 kids total AND a mother-in-law. Lots of bedrooms and space to spread out and a wonderful location. I would recommend this property to anyone even thinking about going to Breckenridge.

We had wonderful time visiting with family after our daughters wedding. The house was a perfect setting. Plenty of room, beautiful and very comfortable. We had some nice fall days and a nice snow. What a great view of the mountains from the house. The owners were very nice to work with.

This home is an excellent value and is in a great location. Somewhat secluded yet close to town. The property was exactly as described and had plenty of room to spread out. Ron and Caprice were excellent to work with and stayed in contact with us. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful home to make your vacation memorable.

Beautiful home. Stayed with a large group for skiing and New Year's Eve. Very accommodating owners who make sure everything is attended to. Best part was that the price was right. Just can't beat the value that this property has to offer.

The home is truly amazing the pictures do not do it justice. We had a large group stay here for and 80th Birthday party. We all fit very comfortably and had lots of room to sit around and enjoy eachothers company. The views and the home are wonderful. We also liked that the home is very close to town. The owners were great to work with. We would recommend this to anyone that is looking to have a wonderful time in a gorgeous home.

The description and property were exactly as described, the layout and amenities were fantastic, the property was clean and well maintained, there was also a very large selection of store cupboard ingredients, which helped! The owners provided very good customer support and even called during our vacation to ensure things were ok! As overseas visitors it was a little unusual for us to understand some of the local routines like trash/recycling but the owner helped us out with what went where!!! There were lots of good things about the property, the only critism (a very small one) but notable, with our party travelling overseas with small children we did have to buy some things to entertain them (jigsaws/games/dvd's etc) as the games at the property were not really playable, on the up side there was plenty of adult entertainment, wii, pool table, hot tub etc... We would recommend this property for large groups and would recommend the property to friends. The property is located centrally to most activities, although it's a drive to the parking lot for skiing, this is usual in this area, unlike Europe! We didn't try too many restaurants, but those we did were superb! During our stay the snow was a little thin on the ground but we still managed to ski most days, again it's not to far to other resorts Keystone (Night Skiing), Vail (30-45mins) A noteworthy comment is the Brecekenridge Ski School are fantastic, all our children learned to Ski during our vacation and are all now competent thanks to the patience of the team ! Overall it was a very memorable New Year Break for our party in an excellent property and town !!

We stayed at this property for a family reunion and loved it! It is a gorgeous home, plus there are a million things to do! We had all age ranges and from sitting in the hot tub to playing pool to lounging on the deck to competing on the Wii, everyone had fun! There is plenty of room for everyone and there was even a crib for our twins! We almost never wanted to leave! We would definitely stay here again!

We arrived in Breckenridege a day early. We called the owners to inquire about possibly showing up a day early. Well they were actually enjoying some skiing themselves. They offered to let us (12 people) stay the night with them in the house. They were attentive to every detail. That was southern hospilitality!! An unbeliveable house. Just like the title states I honestly don't think you can find a better house or owners. The views are amazing. I can't wait to visit again. Thanks!!

We had six couples stay here last year and it was an amazing house. Beautifully kept up, lots of amenities, and space for people to congregate in different areas. We loved it and would definitely stay here again. The owners were very easy to work with and accomodating.

This home is more than the owners say it is. We had 18 family members at the home last February. The home is extremely well equipped, is located close to the intown lift and well located for intown activities, restaurants, and grocery stores. The owners were extremely helpful in making a memorable stay. All members of the family, young and old, were pleased with the amenities. We loved it and are again booking the house for this years family outing.

Our week at the home was great.Everything was as advertised. The smallest detail seemed to have been important to the owners. The rooms are large and beautifully furnished. The kitchen contained everything that we needed and more. The rec room was a favorite spot for all ages. We would certainly go back and highly reccomend this property to any group.

We had four families staying together over the Spring Break week. We had room to spread out, while the downstairs game room allowed the kids to stay busy. The furniture and decor was first class. I recommend this home for large gatherings. It was beautiful!

This home is perfect for a family or large group of friends. It has every amenity you could ask for with five bedrooms and six full baths. Two bedrooms have more than one bed and the downstairs is equipped with pool table, Wii, air hockey, bar and big screen. We had a ball when we were not on the slopes. The gourmet kitchen is perfect with all the appliances one needs. The house is located about 2 miles from town and it is very easy to get to the slopes but you do need a car. I would not hesitate to rent this home again. The owners are very nice as well.

Wonderful experience. We arrived on a Saturday and left the following Saturday. 3 families with 9 children and we still had room to spare. The home condition and location to skiing is wonderful and exceeds the descriptions listed online. The kids quickly found the game room downstairs with the Wei, xbox, air hockey, pool table, etc. The master bedroom is spacious and has an attached smaller room with crib and queen bed so smaller kids are only steps away at night. During the rental process, the owner was always friendly, courteous and responsive. The home is highly recommended by everyone and we all agreed we will return again soon.

We stayed in this lovely home for Thanksgiving 2007. The bedrooms are all very large and comfortable. We had two families with two children each in two of the bedrooms. In addition to queen beds for the adults, one bedroom has a captain's bed and the other has a trundle daybed. The families loved their rooms. We then had two other couples and ourselves. Each of us had our own bathroom and there was an extra full bath in the basement play area. The Oui game is so fun for the kids and they make this area their own very quickly. There are two living room areas upstairs and a very nice dining area. It is a very elegant rental.
