  We had an amazing time staying at this property. The condo itself was equipped with everything we could possibly need. The air conditioner in the bedroom worked well and overall everything is very well kept. The facilities on the property are great and the location was perfect. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants and central on the island so it was a short trip to go either north or south. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope that I have the chance to stay here again!

  We just came came back from our annual Spring Break trip - this time spent in Kauai at the Kauai Beach Villa C5. The unit is very practical, functional, nicely furnished, properly equipped. There is a swimming pool at the villas and also very easy access to additional pools at the Kauai Beach Hotel (just couple minutes walk). The weather was not the best (a lot of rain) but the resort's central location on the island makes it easy for visiting all parts of Kauai. The owner was very friendly, informative and easily available for questions. I would definitely recommend this place!

  We just returned home from our 25 day stay at this beautiful unit. We have visited Kauai every year for many years. We are very familiar with the island and various rentals. This unit is on the top of the best list. We love staying in this area of the island. Centrally located, easy to get to anywhere. Having the condo as part of the Resort is also convenient for food and entertainment. The unit itself is magnificent. There is A/C in the bedroom but I must stress that it is not needed. With the windows opened the breeze is magnificent! Although it is not an ocean view condo, the views are wonderful. We loved the view of the mountain and lagoon. The condo is very comfortable. It's nice to have comfy furniture all around, couch, chairs, dining, bed, desk. Truly is a home away from home. The owners are great to deal with, very helpful and approachable if needed. We are looking forward to next years stay, and hopefully many more to come. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone. A+++++ Mahalo!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. On arrival we found it as advertised and yet with more than we'd expected with the roominess and over all location on the property. Very quiet setting and extremely well equipped. The offset from the highway kept it relaxing regards noise and the over all dominent background noise was only that of the waves crashing at the beach - very soothing. I would highly recommend this VRBO and the owner was a great help in giving travel advise on things to do and see while on the island.

  The condo is in a wonderful location for absolutely anything you would want to do while visiting Kauai - hiking, biking, kayaking, shopping, dining and many siteseeing adventures. The condo is well-maintained and can quickly become your home away from home. It is a great place to enjoy everything Kauai has to offer. The owner Jim is a wonderful person to deal with. We look forward to returning again one day.

  C5 at Kauai Beach Villas was fantastic! I would highly recomend this unit to anyone staying there. The unit was spacious, updated, clean, and well equiped with everything we could ever need. The kitchen made it so that we could cook most of our meals in the condo. Its location provided the perfect starting spot for our daily adventures as it was centrally located on the island. It is also a short drive from the airport, which makes arriving and getting settled very simple. The resort complex has numerous pools, ponds, walking paths and outdoor bbq's overlooking the ocean. Its perfectly quiet at night as well- the AC in the bedroom will also help with sleeping! I do not have one complaint- I would love to come back Kauai and stay here at the Kauai Beach Villas. Just make sure you ask for the internet password before going.

  This iwas a great place to relax and enjoy the day from the patio. The condo was a 5 minute drive from many nice places to visit. I enjoyed that it was not in any city so it was very peacefull. The owner was very nice when I talked to him. I would stay here again if I get to visit this great island again.

  Jim and Kathy we had an absolutely wonderful time at your condo. The location was perfect....not too far from the main areas of Lihue and the airport. Your thoughtfulness in creating such a warm comfortable setting for a "home away from home" says a lot about what type of people you are. Your caring and considerate nature in the way your place is decorated and all the additional personal touches speak volumes. I will definately recommend your cond to friends and relatives and would also LOVE to stay here on a future visit. Aloha, Lloyd & Kathy.

  Jim, I wanted to write to let you know that my husband and I loved our stay at your condo. Thanks so much for sharing it! The location was so convenient to everything on the island, and we made sure to save time each day to go to the beach. We enjoyed how thoughtful the kitchen was set up with one of the best selections of dishes and pots and pans we have seen. My husband was also very impressed with the Weber grills available, and how meticulously clean they were each day. One other comment we would like to add is how much we appreciated the great library of Kauai books you had. We found them very helpful and enjoyed reading. We arrived home to Maine Sunday evening and it has been snowing ever since. We already miss Hawaii… Aloha, Nancy

Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses 6. Pets are NOT allowed. 7. Parking: PARKING PASSES – Parking passes can be obtained in the office upon arrival. Renters must display parking pass on the rear view mirror at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. 8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 9. Sanitary: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages. 10. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms.
