Our piece of this tropical paradise overlooks the fresh water lagoons and swimming pool at Kauai Beach Villas. This luxury condominium beach resort is set amidst lush tropical gardens and fresh water lagoons. The impressive grounds adorned by a variety of palms and exotic native plants are the home to whistling ducks, black swans and geese. The beach is a short walk through the beautiful grounds.
Our one bedroom two bath condo has been recently renovated, newly furnished and feels like home. It is our home away from home. The condo has been appointed with new berber carpeting and tile floors, new kitchen cabinets and countertops, all new appliances, and new electronic equipment.
The spacious living room is furnished in a relaxing tropical decor making it easy to capture the island rhythms. The kitchen is fully equipped for your every need. By virtue of its corner location, the large master bedroom suites' corner windows and sliding glass doors leading to the lanai give the room a light airy feel. This arrangement takes advantage of and allows one to experience the full affects of the cooling ocean breezes.

Jim and Kathy we had an absolutely wonderful time at your condo. The location was perfect....not too far from the main areas of Lihue and the airport. Your thoughtfulness in creating such a warm comfortable setting for a "home away from home" says a lot about what type of people you are. Your caring and considerate nature in the way your place is decorated and all the additional personal touches speak volumes. I will definately recommend your cond to friends and relatives and would also LOVE to stay here on a future visit. Aloha, Lloyd & Kathy.

One other comment we would like to add is how much we appreciated the great library of Kauai books you had. We found them very helpful and enjoyed reading. Aloha Kathy and Jim! Our stay from 02/04/09-02/11/09 was wonderful! You have a true home away from home! We were most impressed with the decor and finishing touches. Kathy, Linda was smitten with your kitchen...so well furnished and laid out! We kept our day trips to a minimum so that we could enjoy your lanai, pool, BBQ, and our favorite; "our beach" [and perhaps yours too!]; walk past bldg G,north across a small stream to a beautiful beach facing east and north towards Wailua and Kapaa. Sand and surf out-standing! Mahalo Kathy and Jim! from the Dawsons, in sunny Alberta; the Oil Capital of Canada. Again, Aloha and Mahalo!

Aloha, We wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had on our honeymoon and how impressed we were with the accomodations you provide. We stayed from March 27th-April 5 at C5 and had a great experience. Helen Torres (through the agency you use) was excellent in her customer service, both before we arrived and then when we were there. she went above and beyond offering assistance when my husband was ill upon arrival and checking to see how things were going. Luckily, he recovered and we had many days to enjoy the island. We will definitly recommend C5 to anyone else we know that is lucky enough to visit Kauai. If we are fortunate enough to return, we will contact you again. You provide the comforts of home in paridise-what a combination! Thank You Again Dan and Rebecca

Total relaxation greeted us at Kauai Beach Villas C-5. The beatiful scenery from the lanai, the lush grounds, and the ammenties made this a vacation we'd certainly like to repeat. The condo is supurbly furnished with many available ideas for things to do on the island. Especially nice was never having to use the air conditioning. We enjoyed walking the beach, playing tennis, swimming in the pool, and even going to the Hilton for breakfast buffet. The Villas are centrally located on the island making it very easy to get around. My favorite part was star gazing at night. Now that was romantic. Please enjoy as much as we did!
