Great location, nice condo, good service and reasonable rates

My family and I stayed the end of ski season. Condo was clean and spacious with really nice views of the slopes. Everything was great. We asked for a late checkout the day before we were to leave and the manager got back to use in 5 minutes that it would be fine to do so. She also asked if everything was fine with the condo and that if we needed anything to contact her anytime. She was helpful during the booking process and during our stay. The one drawback to vantage point is that there isn't washer and dryers in the condos so for a long stay that can be tough, and you need quarters to do laundry but we knew this ahead of time. As far as the quality, prices, and service, it all was really great. We will stay here again next year!

Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

My wife was having surgery at Steadman Hawkins so I needed a convenient yet reasonable condo. This remodeled condo was very nice and perfect with its elevator post-surgery. The manager worked with me on rates and was always responsive to any requests or correspondence. I look forward to staying there again when I'm not having surgery!

Decent condo but limited services. Problems receiving information on how to even get in the condo upon arrival. it says linens provided but no dish rags or dish towels provided and we had to beg to get some wash cloths. Received 6 for the week. Try using a kitchen for a week with no dish towels or dish rags and one roll of paper towels. You have to use the same wash cloth to shower with for a whole week! Again, decent place, newly remodeled, good parking, good view of slopes but frustrating services. You are on your own for the week.

Owner response:I am always open to feedback and looking to improve. However I am very surprised at the lack of service feedback. I emailed the entry info with all directions and lockbox codes about one month prior to arrival. When guest called I responded within 10 minutes of receiving message on Saturday to help him with the lockbox code so he could get into the condo. I did not know he had not received the entry info because he never contacted me prior to arrival to say it was not received. In future i will ask for a quick email response to confirm receipt of this info. He texted me Saturday evening for dish rags and wash cloths so I dropped wash cloths the very next day on Sunday. Housekeeping has stocked the home with paper towels since dish rags get gross fast. There were sponges under sink. There is also a dishwasher. I immediately addressed the lack of wash cloths with housekeeping so there will not be a shortage of wash clothes again and per Guest recommendation I will request more linens stocked for week stays since at Vantage Point laundry is on site but not in the condos so perhaps not as convenient. Guest thanked me and I didn't hear from him for the rest of the stay so I thought all was taken care of promptly. As always I appreciate feedback immensely and will always take immediate steps to fix any problems. These changes should make future stays even more enjoyable.

This was a very nice place to stay, good value for money, and very very close to the lifts. Very impressed with the management company, and we had absolutely no complaints. Well maintained, and newly refurbished. Would stay in this unit again, and again!
