The penthouse was very nice, my family and I loved it and will return for future vacations. The only problems we had were the balcony doors-they were very, very hard to open & close; and the tv in the 2nd bedroom had very poor reception. Otherwise, the view was spectacular, the resort quiet, clean; the outdoor pool was awesome. We really loved the stocked kitchen as we are a family of cooks and enjoyed making our own meals while on vacation. The resort is close to everything we wanted to do and see. Perfect weather. See you next year! Thanks.

Stayed in the penthouse 10/21 - 11/10 2010. The view was fantastic and the bed(s) & pillows were very comfortable. What you see is what you actually get (posted pics). Any minor issues were dealt with promptly. The condo could use a little freshening up...carpets cleaned...couch was faded but comfortable. Friends flew in from home (Canada), and stayed for a week. They totally enjoyed themselves too!! Lots of shopping and great restaurants, especially the food & liqour deals during "Happy Hours". It was nice to sit in the outdoor hot tub and then go for a nice swim in heated outdoor pool, even though the temp. one day was 54 degrees. We rented the condo on a monthly rate along with my brother-in-law and his wife. Each couple stayed for about 19 days. We arrived first and they came about 2 weeks later. It was a great way to have an almost 3 weeks away while saving on the rental costs. Will return for sure next year.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

we just got back from our vacation...we loved the rooms and the view. it was very clean although the building is older the place was secure and very lovely. VERY VERY HAPPY WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN

Staying in this condo was the most relaxing and enjoyable experience I have ever had at Myrtle Beach. This condo was clean, quiet, and very lush. The beds in this condo are top of the line, you are guaranteed a wonderful nights sleep. Dee was a great help in booking and with any request we had.. You will not be dispointed if you book this condo and stay with CNF Properties. I will come back to this condo every year...
