Old Victorian house totally upgraded and refurbished in 1990. Setting is in a beautiful wooded 24 acres of large pines and Hardwoods with a 1/2 acre spring fed fresh water pond half way between the house and the shoreline. The 800' rocky beach affords wonderful views of Penobscot Bay, Lincolnville Beach and the Maine Ferry service leaving the dock at Lincolnville Beach every hour on the hour for a round trip to Islesboro (one of the many islands off this coastline).
Camden, Rockport, Rockland are beautiful little harbor towns with spectacular harbor views (old sailing ships lobster boats. and are all within 12 miles of the property. There are at least a hundred restaurants, antique shops, gift shops bed and breakfasts in the area. Truly a serene and relaxed atmosphere.
