Enjoy the surf, sand and fishing pier just a short walk from this exceptionally clean, two story, three bedroom townhouse that could accomodate eight people (Queen Bed in Master Bedroom; two Full Size Beds; and a Queen Sleeper Sofa), but is better suited for six or fewer, and has all the conveniences of home: fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator with ice-maker, electric range with self cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal plus a variety of small electric appliances, kitchen utensils, glassware and dishes to make eating in or entertaining a snap. There is also a washer and dryer, three TVs, VCRs and DVDs. The small back yard has a patio and outdoor shower, charcoal grill, patio table and chairs. You can even enjoy the sunset or gulf view from the balcony of the master bedroom.
Mexico Beach has a wide range of small shops and eateries including one of the best seafood restaurants just minutes down Highway 98. Mexico Beach offers a wide white sugar sand beach, clear emerald water with abundant marine life. Whether fishing in the surf or from the pier, shelling, or sunning, you will enjoy the quiet laid back atmosphere of Mexico Beach. If you want to check out the surrounding area, Panama City is 30 minutes West and Port St. Joe is twenty minutes East. Historic Apalachicola is only another 25 minutes further east. Three of Florida’s nationally recognized state parks, Cape San Blas, St. Vincent, and St. George Island, are all less than an hour East of Mexico Beach.
