Enjoy the surf, sand and fishing pier just a short walk from this exceptionally clean, just repainted, two story, three bedroom townhouse that could accommodate eight people (Queen Bed in Master Bedroom; two Full Size Beds; and a Queen Sleeper Sofa), but is better suited for six or fewer, and has all the conveniences of home: fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator with ice-maker, electric range with self cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal plus a variety of small electric appliances, kitchen utensils, glassware and dishes to make eating in or entertaining a snap. There is also a washer and dryer, three TVs, VCRs and DVDs. The small fenced backyard has a patio and outdoor shower, charcoal grill, patio table and chairs. You can even enjoy the sunset or gulf view from the balcony of the master bedroom.
Mexico Beach has a wide range of small shops and eateries including one of the best seafood restaurants just minutes down Highway 98. Mexico Beach offers a wide white sugar sand beach, clear emerald water with abundant marine life. Whether fishing in the surf or from the pier, shelling, or sunning, you will enjoy the quiet laid back atmosphere of Mexico Beach. If you want to check out the surrounding area, Panama City is 30 minutes West and Port St. Joe is 20 minutes East. Historic Apalachicola is only another 25 minutes further east. Three of Florida’s nationally recognized state parks, Cape San Blas, St. Vincent, and St. George Island, are all less than an hour East of Mexico Beach.

We just got back from spending seven glorious days at this townhouse. It had everything you needed to feel like you were at home. Mexico Beach is great we love the small town feel and everyone there was so nice they made you feel like you were home. The bed in the master bedroom was great I wanted to bring it home with me. It really is just 200 steps to the beach! we had one problem the tub was stopped up, we called the owner he offered to get us rooms at a local hotel but we said no. He had a plumber there the next morning to take care of the problem the owner is great. They have chairs beach toys floats to take to the beach. will stay again and again and again
