Julie and I are both Realtors. We we're looking for a home for a client that wanted to be close to the beach. They decided to wait, but we knew that a home like this was a steal. Anytime it's not booked with guests we stay there. It's hard to go back to our home inland.
Why the Owner Chose Pacific Beach
We bought the home to live in. We decided to rent it out for a few years before we move to the beach.

Lots of space. The ocean is steps away. We have two new beach bikes that we love to ride on the boardwalk. Play Guitar Hero on our PS2 with our friends.

My husband and I have stayed several times in this wonderful “beach” side condo. Each time we stayed we had the best of service from Ray & Julie. The condo was always extremely clean. Fresh flowers awaited us upon our arrival. This condo is located within a few steps to Pacific Beach. There are also a lot of restaurants within walking distance. There is a grocery within walking distance so you can stock up on your items and keep them in the condo. We have already recommended this condo to several of our friends and I know they have also used it for their vacations. The condo has beach chairs, games for the kids, DVD player and a widescreen large TV. The bedrooms each have their own showers. The condo has a large garage so parking is not an issue so close to the beach. I can’t wait until the next time we get to come to our “home away from home” again. Deb & Dave Sartoris Phoenix Arizona

We had 4 wonderfull months this past winter, and look forward to 4 more in December. Not only is it a very nice townhouse, but the locaton is superb! Very close to the beach, which we wallked almost every day. Church, Post Office, UPS store, and restaurants a short walk away! Loved it and can't wait to get back! Regards, Chris and Nancy Clark
