Front of Home - Bend Vacation Rental This beautiful downtown cottage with private yard is located a few blocks from the Deschutes River, Pioneer Park, and the river trail, with numerous restaurants and shops nearby. The Old Mill District with shopping and dining opportunities, a 16 theater movie complex, and Les Schwab Amphitheater is a short drive away. Or, hop on the new transit system to catch a bus to Mt. Bachelor. The two bedrooms and separate sleeping area each provide a queen bed. The home can accommodate up to eight guests. From the fully furnished kitchen to the luxurious bedding, this home is decorated with a cozy, old town feel and is a perfect retreat for couples or the entire family.

$175/2 night minimum.  A 50% reservation fee will be required
at time you book your reservation, billed to your credit card.
Payment in full is due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Payment may be made by personal check, provided your check is received no
later than 30 days prior to your arrival date. There is a minimum $100 fee for
all cancelled reservations. There will be no refunds or rebates in the event of
cancellation thirty or fewer days prior to your reserved date unless the home
can be re-rented during the same period.
