Payment in full is due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Payment may be made by personal check, provided your check is received no
later than 30 days prior to your arrival date. There is a minimum $100 fee for
all cancelled reservations. There will be no refunds or rebates in the event of
cancellation thirty or fewer days prior to your reserved date unless the home
can be re-rented during the same period.
