We love Sunrise Beach Resort. We have another unit at this property as well. There is a lot of things to do nearby and the new Pier Park mall is a big hit with the family.

Sunrise Beach has great parking, elevators, pools, workout facility, and hot tubs. Directly on the Gulf of Mexico, it is in a great location.

This is a great condo - well maintained with a good layout. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and never felt cramped. At first we were a bit hesitant to book a condo so high up (floor 22), but it was great. Because the condo is high up, we never had to wait for elevators and the view of the fireworks was awesome. The resort and pools are great as well. Owner was easy to work with and his on-site agent responded quickly to all our needs. I would stay here again, and plan to next year.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

With oil spill getting closer to PCB in mid-June, owner was reasonable on contract terms making us comfortable in keeping our reservation. Corner unit was not only best price I could find for 3B during peak months, but met every expectation of our party...decorated nicely, plenty of cookware, comfortable furniture and beds, unbelievable sunset views! Elevators were oppressively hot, but operated quickly (a big plus for the 22nd floor). Little ones loved the pools, grills were large enough to accomodate multiple cooks so they were always available, parking was very convenient. Reviews of Sunrise Beach complain of accessing beach thru parking garage, but this was no big deal and it keeps the pool area more private being on top of parking garage. Will definitely recommend unit and owner to others!
Recommended for:Families with young children.

Our family just returned from our stay at Sunrise Beach - we had such a great time that we're already talking about next year. The owner was wonderful to work with and very accomodating. The property was very clean and well-taken care of. We loved being right on the beach while also being so close to Pier Park. Can't wait to go back again!
