Owners take much pride in having one of the most beautiful lawns on the island! The highly desirable Bold Meadow neighborhood is a 3 mile walk or bike ride into town via the bike path, go right out of neighborhood and head up island or the back way to OB, go left then right onto Meeting House (dirt road) for the back way to South Beach - a perfect hideaway to avoid traffic and crowds during the summer months. Beautifully maintained, private neighborhood tennis courts.
