Our duplex apartment is newly built and is available to let for the first time from June 2002.

Situated directly on the beachfront of Playa de Casares, between Estepona and Sotogrande, on this popular stretch of coastline with breathtaking views across the Mediterranean Sea as far the tip of North Africa.

Within a five-minute drive or a 20-minute stroll on the beach is the lively marina at Puerto de la Duquesa which boasts an array of trendy restaurants, cafes, and bars. Whilst ten minutes to the east is situated, with a multitude of busy shops and long sandy beaches to choose from, Estepona having the largest fishing fleet outside of Malaga Port. The bustling towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus are easily accessible within 20 minutes along the new Mediterranean highway.

A 20-minute drive inland and one can capture the atmosphere and experience the culture of a traditional, white, Spanish Village at Casares, which also provides panoramic views of the coast and countryside. The town of Ronda is a one-hour drive.

The highly regarded La Duquesa Golf Course is just a brief five-minute drive west. Estepona Golf Course is five minutes east. Valderama Golf Course (Ryder Cup 1997)is 15 minutes west.

Apartment El Diamante is an exclusive frontline beach duplex with two generous-sized sun terraces. There are two swimming pools surrounded by landscaped gardens with feature fountains. The high specification interior includes high-grade marble floors, three superbly appointed bathrooms, and a high-quality kitchen.

Upstairs the master bedroom (with en suite bathroom) has a king-size bed and its own private terrace overlooking the beach and pool. Bedroom two consists of two single beds. Bedroom three downstairs has a double-size bed. All have built in wardrobes.

Private underground parking is available for each apartment.
