Guest can enjoy the Cabana Cafe that is located next door less than a one minute walk from Ariel Dunes II. Cabana Cafe has a full serive bar with happy hour along with a full service menu, food ranging from salads, sandwichs, pizza, seafood and must more. They have delivery service until two am in the monring and also offer pool side service during the summer months.

Our unit is located on the 21st floor, providing you with an unobstructed view of the waves lapping against the shore. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath platinum condo plus bunkroom unit features 9 foot ceilings, beautiful porcelain tile throughout the common areas and plush carpet within each bedroom. The living room is furnished with an inviting loveseat and cozy sofa (which is a sleeper sofa, offering an additional 2 sleeping accommodations), with a 42" plasma flat panel HDTV and DVD player with surround sound.
Our kitchen is complete with stainless steel GE profile appliances: refrigerator with filtered water & automatic ice maker, dishwasher, oven/range and a built-in microwave. You will find that our kitchen is extremely well-equipped with all utensils, plates, cookware, coffee maker, blender, and toaster - everything you could possibility need! To round it all off, the granite countertops and beautiful wood cabinetry all serve to enhance the rich elegance throughout our vacation home.
The master bedroom makes one feel of home. The king size bed has a luxurious pillow-top, lots of comfy pillows, and custom drapes. A 32" LCD flat screen HDTV and DVD player sit atop the full length dresser. Also for your listening pleasure the night side table has a IPOD docking station/alarm clock. The master bath features a double vanity, garden tub, and a separate shower. A large eight foot sliding glass door provides private access to the balcony from the master bedroom, offering a romantic view of the sunset or late night star gazing!
The second bedroom features a queen size bed with a beautiful dresser and separate closet. It also has a 32" LCD flat screen HDTV and DVD/VCR player. This bedroom has private access to the guest bathroom which can also be accessed from the hall way. The view from the guest bedroom is impressive, providing a peaceful look across the Seascape golf course and out to the Choctawhatchee Bay.
The bunkroom features bunk beds that the kids go crazy over. The room is also equipped with a 20” LCD HDTV with DVD/VCR combo.
Other features are separate laundry room with a stackable Whirlpool washer and dryer.

No matter if your stay is in July or January, you will love the variety of activities available to you. There is an 18-hole golf course on the property; a championship course is located within minutes of our unit, at Emerald Bay. Renters can enjoy a 40% discount off green fees for these courses. Eight tennis courts, beach service, several fresh water lakes, well-equipped on-site gym (complete with cardio equipment, machines, and free-weights), a sauna and steam room.
There are three pools totaling 11,000 square feet and one is heated. Both children and parents alike will love the benefits of the zero-entry pool and waterfall.
