You can sit back on one of the many decks and enjoy watching the deer, quail, hawks, and a huge variety of birds that wonder through the property. The house is spacious, open, flooded with sunlight elegantly furnished. The large living-room has soaring ceilings with oversized windows, grand piano, wood burning fireplace and steps out to a huge wrap around deck perfect for enjoying a glass of wine and conversation with friends while viewing the beautiful ocean and mountains. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances, marble counter top with an island opened to the dinning room. The dinning room steps out to a large deck with patio set, gas grill, and a six person spa. The Ideal spot for enjoying a margarita while overlooking a very kid friendly yard with swings, slides, play house, and castle. The sunken family room has a TV, a comfortable queen sleep sofa, and large glass doors that lead out to the wrap around deck for more ocean viewing. There is a bathroom with a shower to accommodate guest in this area The huge master bedroom is adorned rich romantic fabrics, flat screened tv/dvd, sitting area for quiet reading, or step out to it's own private deck for your morning coffee. The master bath has an elegant oversized tub , separate shower and marble counters and floor. A second bedroom has soaring ceilings, queen bed, and a full bathroom , as well as sliders that lead to the back deck. The third bedroom is a serene blue retreat with queen bed, TV, DVD, and bathroom with a shower. A large playroom for the children is loaded with books, games, play kitchen, big craft table and lots of toys. There is also a tv/dvd. We have boogie board, beach towels, umbrella, and beach chairs available for your use and a convenient out door shower . This is the perfect quiet retreat after enjoying all the fun activities and entertainment Santa Barbara has to offer. So close to town and so secluded.
