Summer cabin May-Sept in Park Rapids on Beautiful Little Sand Lake, a sandy-bottomed lake & one of Minnesota's cleanest. Newly remodeled and furnished this cabin has 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, kitchen, dinette, LR & enclosed porch on 1st floor & 2 twin beds upper level. LR has a sofa bed. Corner sun porch offers beautiful views of the lake surrounded by pines & white birch. Nearest homes are 200 ft. away on both sides of cabin, making it very peaceful, quiet & private.

Town of Dorset is about 2 mi. away with 4 restaurants, one includes an ice cream parlour, shops, bike rentals for bikers on the Heartland Trail that runs through Dorset to walker, MN (Leech Lake). Park Rapids is 7 mi. Nevis is also 7 mi. No Smoking. No pets. Golf, tennis, shopping, live theatres, movie theatre, antique shops all are available nearby. Available except for last week of June & first 3 weeks of July. Occupancy starts at 3PM Sat. to 10:00AM following Sat.
