Award winning local architect, Ray Huff, designed the renovation of the house to enhance the use of space and light while maintaining its history. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances (gas range), natural cherry cabinets, and granite countertops. The large tiled bathrooms are brand new, modern, clean, and bright with handheld Grohe rainshowers,glass shower doors, and pedestal sinks.
The upper floors provide privacy for couples with frosted glass doors coming off the spiral staircase at each level. The second and third floors are set up as suites with seating and private baths. Each bedroom has a flatscreen LCD tv.
Original heart pine floors throughout, exposed beams, brick and stucco walls. A frosted glass wall surrounds the spiral staircase on the second floor. This is not your typical Charleston rental property. For those desiring location, luxury, cleanliness and design.
