We vacation in Destin yearly. The beach is the nicest beach anywhere. The condo is centrally located. This particular condo needs alot of maintence. We had ants! The shower did not drain. The light in the breezeway did not turn on until after 9 at night so you could not see the key pad unless you bought a flashlight. The glass tops on tables were not secure so our 2 year old almost had several accidents with the glass slipping. The owners really need to spend some money to update this unit to bring it up to the rest of the building. The property did respond to most of the calls about the issues except for the ant problem. I own several small business so it was important to have a clean well-maintained lodging but this did not meet our expectations. This is a great condo directly on the beach. The accomidations are fantastic and the location is great for families - not too crowded.
