My family and I rented Cathy and Steve's condo from August 19th to the 25th. All I can say it is such a wonderful place. Everything is so new and clean, all the amentities are right within walking distance. It was so nice to go to a place with my 3 kids and have it feel like home. Thank-you so much Cathy and Steve for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo, making our vacation wonderful.

We had a fantastic couple of days. The condo is well equipped and very clean. Cathy was such a pleasure to deal with. It was perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved the pools, row boats & of course the jacuzzi bath tub. We will definitely rent again. Thank you again, Cathy.

We just returned from our third annual Story Land family trip and could not be happier with our accommodations. Though a car is needed to get around the town, the condo is very close to the park, shopping, dining, and hiking. Nordic Village provided hours of entertainment for us, and Cathy's condo provided a clean and comfortable place for us to rest! We are so happy we decided to stay here rather than a nearby hotel again. We just keep saying that next time, we'll need another day! Having a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a large tub was so helpful for us, and the towels and linens were freshly laundered upon arrival, which made us feel right at home. Renting from Cathy was very easy as she was in constant contact via email regarding deposits, detailed check in/out procedures, and updates. Any questions I had were answered immediately. I frequently rent condos/homes in this area for ski trips as well, and I have to say that I would recommend this to friends and family without hesitation. Thank you so much, Cathy!

We wanted a place that was close to XC skiing, with a kitchen, a comfortable bed, hot shower, nice ambiance, and reasonable cost. The condo met all our needs. The owners were available by phone to answer our questions. They took care of a problem immediately and our stay was a breeze. All we needed was better snow. I would recommend the condo for up to 4 people (adults), especially if you like xc skiing. Jackson is 5 minutes up the road and Bretton Woods is about 25 minutes away. There are several other Nordic ski areas close by, not to mention several alpine facilities. Great used bookstore in Conway.
