My family and I (husband and two teenage daughters) had a fabulous stay in your condo June 4-11th. Your condo is perfectly located between the Disney parks and the Universal parks, and only took us about 15 minutes to reach them. Thank God for the jacuzzi tub, which was used nightly after long days on my feet! I am so glad I made the decision to stay in a condo versus hotel, as having the kitchen and laundry helped immensly. The girls loved the pool, while my husband and I enjoyed the pool bar :-) We hope to return to Orlando , and stay here again. I would highly recommed this property to anyone.

Our family loved this resort, the condo was so beautiful well maintained,loved the view, check-in was quick and easy. So close to entrance to parks,and shopping.We would stay here again,maybe next time get to spend more time at resort,it was our fist visit to Disney so we stayed there for 10-12 hours everyday.But it was so nice to come home to the condo and resort, owner (Curtis) was great to get information from --quick and easy. Good location - 15 minutes to Disney. Lovely pool and facilities. Easy check in, nicely furnished. Amazing hot tub. We would go back to this condo.

Fantastic Condo for our Family of Five!

This condo was perfect for our Disney vacation. Extremely clean, quiet and so very close to everything. Check-in was a breeze. Covered parking led directly to the elevator, making it easy to get to the condo. Everything inside was perfect for a traveling family; soaps, shampoo, one use laundry detergent, coffee, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent. We were given a cable at the front desk in order to use our laptop in the condo. Tons of space, storage, towels and washcloths! The store on the resort site is a little pricey, but in a pinch it has everything you could need. After some tiring days at Disney, we did use the Pizza Hut and the Irish pub for dinners which was super simple. Wal-Mart is just down the street for any incidentals. We literally made two turns out of the resort and were at the front entrance of Disney World. SO easy. The only negative I can think of is that the resort really does need more luggage carts in the parking garage. We did have to make a few trips from our van to the 14th floor. Maybe it was the time of year, but the elevators were super fast and we never had to wait long. I will be recommending this condo to my family and friends. GREAT place to stay!

OUR FIRST TRIP TO ORLANDO & DISNEY!

We spent 6 nights in this unit at Lake Buena Vista Resort over a long Columbus Day weekend and we were very happy with our stay. The condo was spotlessly clean upon check-in and we had a really nice view of the Pirate Pool and surrounding area from the 14th floor balcony. My kids, 12 and 11, really enjoyed the pirate pool/slide. The balcony is (literally) large enough to host a cocktail party for 20 people, it's huge! We rented a car, so we drove to the Parks daily--about 10-15 minutes for all of them. The Master Bath area could have used a few more towel bars, and the Master Shower another large soap dish or something to hold toiletries, but my guess is that all the units are likely designed the same way. The jacuzzi tub felt great on the last day, when my body was aching from 4 theme parks in 5 days! All in all, a great time and we'd consider staying in this unit/resort again. Thank you Curtis!

Just spent five days in this property, and we were very satisfied. The location is terrific, being very close to all the parks we wanted to see. When we arrived we found it to be exceptionally clean, and the owner checked on us to make sure everything was as we expected. Couldn't ask for anything more... We will definitely be back!

We just finished a twelve night stay at this property. The condo is five minutes from Epcot and ten minutes from Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and the waterparks. The condo was clean. The washer and dryer were a must for such a long stay. I would highly recommend staying in this condo. The restaurant on the property was pretty good and there is a Super Walmart across the street. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Disney. As important, the owner is honest and checked in several times to make sure our stay was satisfactory.

Summer Vacation

We spent a week at this location with my son and 2 nephews. It was a great central location and close to the major theme parks. We had a blast! There were many places to eat down the street within 2 miles. There was also an outlet store, right next door. This property was fulled equiped with everything you might need. A home away from home. It was nice to come home at the end of the day and we all went our separate ways to regroup. Each of the rroms had their own tv and the balcony was nice. I would definately go back to this place. This was my 4th visit to Lake Buena Vista but this is the best proptery I've stayed at.

We stayed a week at your condo in Orlando and had a wonderful time! The condo was very well maintained and extremely clean upon check-in. We utilized the pool area, spa and on-site restaurant during our stay. The condo size and extra large balcony gave us more than enough room to relax after a long day at Disney. We found additional family oriented restaurants and a grocery store all within a mile from the condo. The drive to Disney was very convenient as well (2 miles). We highly recommend this unit for families looking for luxury accommodations at a very reasonable price. If our travels bring us back to Orlando we will be booking an additional stay. Thank you for sharing your second home with us.

This suite worked very well for our family of three plus an auntie. There was one master bedroom (king bed) that my husband and I used and another that our daughter and her aunt used (two single beds). We used the washer/dryer almost every night and utilized the kitchen extensively. Excellent location - generally, we would eat breakfast at home, a meal at Disney, then chose from a numerous selection of restaurants in the area for dinner. Disney was just about 5 min's away, and there was a Wal-mart very close by (less than 2 miles) to do the shopping - the convenience store on location is quite expensive so we skipped it altogether. Daughter loved the pool and overall the accomodations served us well. Some of the negatives - the beds were not very comfortable, and there were no removable showerheads in the showers. For a penthouse suite, one might expect more luxurious furnishings and comforts, but overall, it didn't change our experience. The suite really worked for our needs and was generally very quite - which is nice after an exhausting day at the parks!

We felt so lucky to stumble upon this gem in the heart of everything. The rooms were spacious, immaculate and so well appointed, the bubble bath was a delight for mummy after a full day of the parks, and the balcony with the fireworks every evening were the highlight before we put our three tired daughters to bed. We would highly recommend this property as the location was perfect. We are looking forward to returning for our second stay this December! Thank you Curtis

I took my daughter and 3 of her friends to Epcot and Sea World to celebrate her 16th birthday. This condo is very spacious. With one 16 year old and four 15 year old girls and myself, we had plenty of room. The balcony is HUGE!!!! You can also see the nightly fireworks at Disney from the balcony. The condo was very clean and convenient to area attractions, restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely stay there the next time our our family visits Orlando. Mr Waterman is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants luxury, but without the high price!!

We arrived back home on Saturday afternoon having had a very pleasant stay in your Apartment. We would definitely like to consider staying at one of your apartments again as it was so well appointed and spacious for our family needs. We can't thank you enough for offering us your wonderful condo for the week!!! It was such a relief to come "to our Florida home" (as my girls loved to call it!) after the long days of being at the parks or the beach and feel so comfortable and "at home"! Of course my biggest thrill was coming home with NO dirty laundry to do! :) I think we hit Florida at the most perfect time, 70's & 80's every day with not a cloud in the sky!! Our week was fabulous!! So we can't thank you enough for your wonderful hospitality!!
