Great house, less than 15 minutes from the Strip!

We just spent a week here in January, and totally loved this rental house. At first we had worried that we weren't close enough to the Strip for going out at night, and to the convention center where I was having meetings during the day. But everything was a short 10 to 15 minute drive away, and quite franky it was nice to escape the hustle & bustle of the Strip at the end of each evening. The house is located in a nice well-maintained subdivision, and it gave us a taste for the city of Las Vegas beyond the Strip. The location also encouraged us to try out some of the nearby local restaurants, shops, and casinos for a change, which we found to be much more economical than the high prices on the Strip. The house itself is totally cool - huge HD TV, nice pool table, big hot tub out back, good-size yard with big palm trees. It shows a little wear here & there, but nothing that would prevent us from eagerly staying here on a future trip. Thanks to Ash for all of his help, even when there were some issues with the reservation - he's a totally helpful and fair dude to deal with!

There were 7 of us who stayed at the house and it was wonderful. Very clean and quiet area. The hot tub was enjoyed by all. The only down side was in the pictures there was a computer in on of the bedrooms but, when we arrived there was no computer. The house did have Wi-Fi, which was a big help but it still would have been nice to know prior to our arrival so we could bring along a lab top. Our stay was wonderful and I would highly recommend this place. It was easy to get to from the strip and airport.

This review is long over due. We rented the house 2 years ago and we had a fabulous time. The house was clean and is located not too far from the stip. The neighborhood is quiet and close to all major grocery stores and shopping areas. Highly recommended and will rent again very soon.

I love the home it was just like the pictures, very quite and clean area. My family love it we would come back again and I will recommend this home to everyone I know. Also the house is very close to the strip and shopping etc. Its a must see to believe. Thanks to the owners at home away.

I went to Vegas with a bunch of friends for my 30th birthday. The house was spacious and it had all the ammenities we needed. Some watched tv on the big screen tv, while others played pool or sat in the jacuzzi. There is also a nice patio with a grill where we cooked out everyday which also saved money. It is located in a really nice neighborhood. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They also stuck to their word in every way. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this house.

My family and I stayed at this home and we had an amazing time. The home was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The landscaping of this house is absolutely beautiful . Its located in a great neighborhood and it was only a couple of minutes to the grocery stores and to the strip. The owner was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommended!!!

We just rented this home while in Vegas for our daughters wedding. The house is very spacious and open, in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. The home is clean and neat. We had 7 women getting ready for a wedding at the same time with no problems. There is lots of bathroom space and master bath is great. Comfy beds too. We had to make numerous trips back and forth to Caesars palace and the drive from the house was 15 minutes. Simple to get to the heart of the strip,just valet park at Treasure Island and you are good for the day. Southpoint casino is only a 5 minute drive. Airport 10 minutes. Ash and Damien were very helpful. We were also here for business prior to the wedding and were able to have meetings at the house. The fact there is internet there was so important. It is very difficult to get internet while staying at a hotel. We will definately consider renting this again next year for the Sema show or any of the other properties Ash has available. Thanks again..

This was my first time renting a vacation home, and I am very pleased with my experience. The house is perfect for families with young kids or teens. Home was clean, nice neighborhood, one minute drive to shopping and food. The Las Vegas Strip is only a short 4-7 minute drive. Communication with the owner was great, very accessible, returned calls quickly, and accommodated all of my request. Had a great time! Highly recommended!
