Charming Sea Shell Cottage! - St. Pete Beach, Cottage Rental Come enjoy relaxing gulf breezes by escaping to our charming and private Florida cottage! This property is located in the quiet beach community known as Gulfport. Our neighborhood is known as the “Arts District” and is just steps away to the waterfront. Beautifully furnished in a refreshing tropical style this unique cottage property is sure to both surprise & delight you! Feel all your stress melt away as you soak in the bubbles of our new hot tub in the private rear gated garden! Sea Shell Cottage is comprised of one main cottage with an attached smaller apartment. Both units are 1 br/ 1 bath and are fully furnished with their own kitchen, bathroom and separate entrances. BOTH UNITS ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE BELOW. The main front cottage is approx. 700 sq. ft and has a queen bed and extra daybed with trundle(2 twins). The rear unit is approx.450 sq ft with queen bed. Private yard includes covered patio & hot tub. NOTE: Cottage is not for people looking to hold big, loud parties as we are in a quiet residential beach neighborhood but it is perfect for adults looking for a special getaway with privacy. Please respect our neighbors. Sea Shell Cottage is on a cobblestone street that is 700 feet to Gulfport Beach. We are one street over from Beach Boulevard, the main street of Gulfport’s waterfront district. From Sea Shell Cottage you can walk to a variety of eclectic eateries, galleries, unique boutiques, coffee shops, community theater, library, fishing pier, waterfront casino for dancing as well as some great bars & nightlife. There is usually live music playing somewhere on the boulevard every night of the week but especially on weekends. Everything is within walking distance of our cottage!
