  Thank you Demetri and the Kenyal Family. What a great group of people to deal with. Loved the unit. Balcony overlooking the bay. Couldn't ask for a better stay. Sad we had to leave, looking forward to coming back.

  No need to look any further. This family of 5 has found it's Orange Beach goto vacation destination. The condo is laid out well. The rooms are spacious, the furniture is comfy, (where did you purchase the blue couch? I want one), and the kitchen is well appointed with the modern conveniences of home. The view of the bay is spectacular! We are boaters, so the slips at Caribe initially drew us in. However, the cost of keeping a boat there is ridiculous!!!!! So, we kept ours next door at OUTCAST. Slip Fees were nominal in comparison to Caribe, included trailer/vehicle parking, and we could see our boat from our balcony! Even better, with a Caribe room key, there is direct access to and from OUTCAST Marina! Demetrius was our goto guy, and he is exceptional! He hand delivered a key-lime pie and carried my groceries!! Looking forward to our next stay.

  Lovely condo, very clean, stylish, and the beds are comfy! Spent a lot of time on the balcony. Very nice resort. Great for families!

  This was a great condo for a group of ladies on a tennis weekend. The State Tennis Association had its party at the Cobalt and we were able to walk to the party from our room. We also enjoyed the indoor hot tubs and pools! Views were spectacular. The accomodations were perfect!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway.

  Excellent view of the bay and sunsets. Condo was very nice, and clean, but could use a good dusting(fan blades, lamps, upper shelving, etc. Brought our boat this year, but found the slip fees to be very high, as compared to several other condos on the bay. Overall, our stay was pleasant, and enjoyable. We booked though Demetrious, and he went out of his way to help us with everything! He was great!! Wonderful time...

  We brought our California family down for a weekend at Caribe C604. Although our stay was short, it was fabulous. The rental and check-in process was so easy. The warm greeting by the management immediately made us feel at home. My husband even commented that we had not been treated as well in five-star hotels. The condo was decorated very tastefully, yet our family felt comfortable. The view was even more spectacular than it appears in the pictures. The children and the adults enjoyed the pools and the lazy river. Although I was worried about the beach being across the street, I found that I actually enjoyed it more on the bay: my whole family did. When we did go to the beach, it was not crowded, it was very quiet and peaceful. In addition, everyone enjoyed Cobalt restaurant which is close. Of course, a few went down the street to check out the FloraBama. San Roc Cay for shopping and dining is also close. My family loved the condo so much, they were ready to make our reservations for next year!

  When we arrived (My Wife and I, daughter, son and their spouses and three grandkids), everything was equal to or better than we expected from the descriptions given. The water activities were perfect for all ages, especially the young folks. The location was convenient to all the activities in the area which was a plus. But most importantly, the rental agent, Demetrious (Metri) was excellent, always responding promptly to inquiries. We had a couple of minor problems which Metri took care of very quickly. It was a great vacation and I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative!

  I have stayed at the Caribe 2 years and this is my third and best. We loved this unit. Very special to have the manager personally deliver a key lime pie to welcome us. We will be back!

  We were down for Thanksgiving 2011.This was our second stay in this unit.We always look to book this particular unit as the beds are comfy and it is decorated very nicely Awesome view..Will definitely return.Owner is very easy to deal with also.
