Welcome to Paradise! Our condominium is right on the beach of the Caribbean Sea. You literally walk right out the door to see beautiful white sand and blue water. Nothing could be finer.......
This condo has approximately 1700 square feet of living space with a mahogany bar, three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and ceramic tiles throughout. It easily accommodates 3-4 couples or a family of 6-8.
The location of Carolina Blue at Sunset Beach Resort is perfect. Far enough away from the congested areas of town but near enough so you don't have to go too far for whatever you need. You really feel like you have the beach to yourself.
The staff is wonderful at Sunset Beach Resort and can assist you in anything you need. They will pick you up at the airport, orient you to the island, and at the end of your stay they drop you off at the airport. They can help you with snorkeling, diving, fishing, cave tubing, zip lining, or any trip you have in mind.
Since we are the owners, we have added special touches to make everyone feel welcome. We furnished this condo so you would feel at home! We are continuously adding amenities so that everything you need is at your disposal. We want this to be your home away from home.
The dock is directly in front of you as you walk out the door! At the end of the dock is a swimming area, sunning area, a thatched palapa for shade, and a place to dock a boat! The reef is only about 3/4 of a mile out. The view doesn't get any better than this! Carolina Blue isn't only here in North Carolina where we live....it has spread to Ambergris Caye also. It is unBelizeable!
