This lovely, beautifully decorated, four Bedroom/four Bathroom home offers beautiful gulfviews from the 2nd & 3rd floors with a spacious design offering room for everyone.
Perfectly located - only 75 yards from the beach with a pool right outside your back door! The communities of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Seaside are just a short bike ride away. There are two master suites - one on the first floor and third floor both with private bathrooms and king beds.
There is one additional bedroom on the first floor. The second floor has a bedroom with a queen size bed along with a trudle bed which is queen. The living room and kitchen are on the second floor and there is a queen size pull out couch. There is assigned parking for 2 cars and overflow for 2 more.
The closest golf course is a five minute drive and several more within a 20-30 minute drive.
Rosemary beach, Seagrove Beach, and Seaside are within 2-4 miles.

We are a family from Minnesota and decided we loved this area of the panhandle and purchased this home in Seacrest. The views are breathtaking and the location is perfect to run down to Seaside or walk to Rosemary Beach.
Why the Owner Chose Seabreeze Cottages
We decided to buy here because the beach is directly across the street, there are 26 miles of bike paths and the best restaurants of any beach town. The weather is so perfect.
