Perfectly located - only 75 yards from the beach with a pool right outside your back door! The communities of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Seaside are just a short bike ride away. There are two master suites - one on the first floor and third floor both with private bathrooms and king beds. There is one additional bedroom on the first floor. The second floor has a bedroom with a queen size bed along with a trudle bed which is queen. The living room and kitchen are on the second floor and there is a queen size pull out couch. There is assigned parking for 2 cars and overflow for 2 more. The closest golf course is a five minute drive and several more within a 20-30 minute drive. Rosemary beach, Seagrove Beach, and Seaside are within 2-4 miles. You can't get a better location for the price- CALL FOR DETAILS.
